very expensive for what you get, most places in the country will let you use the vacums for free but here you pay 2 dollers, used to get the 7 doller carwash now its 11, these guys milk you for every last nickle and think they did you a favor, you go from 11 to 29 dollers and they add basic things that cost pennies to apply, i asked if they had senior or military discounts and he said no and just looked at me like i was stupid, i probably am for coming here, never again. i am sure all the seniors in lawrenceburg will just love you.

Thank you for your feedback. Due to increase in operational and labor costs, we did have to increase our prices earlier this year. We do have early bird specials every day from 7am-9am, which can be found here *****************************************************. Prices for this companys services just keep skyrocketing.... First it was $7 for a basic wash...then $8, then $9, amd now $11... where does it end? Will be washing my car in my driveway going forward!Mike's Carwash, Inc.

Thank you for your feedback, rising operational costs necessitated an increase in price for our wash plans. We do offer early bird pricing, which is daily 7a-9a, which our basic wash is $9. In addition, we are currently in our book sale, which our basic book is buy 4 washes, get 2 free (which brings the basic was to $7.33 per). This sale does end July 4th. 1 starI just washed my car and as I was brushing the soap on it I threw the brush down because it was like I sliced my finger on a razor blade be careful look at all things carefully before you handle them!!! I was bleeding but was against the clock with 4mins left to finish so I stopped washing then rinsed.. also mikes car wash stop using so much soap so we have to use so much $ to rinse it all off!!!!! 1 starI took my Jeep Wrangler to the car wash on Maysville Rd in Fort Wayne, IN. Once I got home, I noticed a 12”x12” area of scratches on my hood. They are more than apparent Swirl Marks from the car wash. I took my car to the manager and filed a claim. They state there is no way that is from the car wash. They have failed to repair my car, and deny all accountability. Very disappointed my hood is ruined; will never return to this businessReview fromMaddy V

1 starWe recently purchased a brand new 2022 F-150 from ******* **** and were given 2 free car washed at Mike's Car Wash. This past Sunday, 4/2/23, we used one of the coupons and after as we were drying off the truck, we discovered several large scratches around both wheel wells on the passenger side. We spoke to the manager at this location that had us fill out a claims paper and provide him pictures. He essentially told us the claims department would probably not do anything about it but we would hear back from their team in 2-5 business days. On Wednesday 4/5/23 we received a letter in the mail saying that our truck must have already been scratched. This response is completely false and the company is just trying to cover for their mistakes. Their lack of taking any responsibility for damaging our truck is consistent with other reviews on ****** and the BBB. Mike’s Carwash needs to learn something about accountability and take the money from their overpriced washes, membership fees and vacuum expenses to develop a wash that no longer damages their customers cars. I strongly urge anyone in the Cincinnati and northern Kentucky region to avoid this business and protect your vehicles.Review fromHannah O

I really liked Mike's car wash until Saturday February 18th. Around 4:30pm I stopped at this location to get my 2022 ***** Suburban washed. This is the only Mikes Car Wash I have taken my new car through and never had a problem. As I was leaving the car wash and sitting at the intersection of riverside and loveland madeira I noticed swirl scratches and straight line scratches all over my windshield. I thought maybe it was residue so I ran my wipers and washer fluid a couple if times and they were still there. I stopped in a parking lot about 7 mins away from the wash to get out and try to rub them off my windshield and still nothing. I turned around and went straight back to mikes not even 15 mins later after having it washed. When we were filing the damage report with the manager we noticed scratches on all the black trim as well on the front doors. The manager took pictures and filed the claim. I just received a letter from "Janeese" saying the scratches on my vehicle are not a result of the car wash and no one else had complained of scratches that day. This response seems to be a go to for Mikes car wash and the customers cars they damage. I know that when I went into this wash my 2022 Suburban didn't have a single scratch. Now it has very noticable scratches on the black trim and windshield which will cost me thousands of dollars to fix and get back to how it was before this wash. Thanks for that mikes car wash and the impersonable, lame excuse as to why they will not take responsibility for the damage they caused. I will discontinue recommending this location to my customers and find some place better that stands behind taking care of their customers.Mike's Carwash, Inc.

BEWARE of this company. They do nothing but LIE on all their signs. “We are responsible for any damage” is the biggest lie I’ve ever been told by a company. I brought my 2016 BMW which was flawless before going through by the way and it comes out scratched all to heck down the passenger side. I immediately brought it back around to the side and made the manager away and she took some pictures and said she would send it to Janeese to review. Well 3 days pass and I hear nothing so I call back in and she says sorry I forgot to send it in I just sent it in like 3 minutes ago. So I wait and no one calls me so I filed a claim with my insurance for the damage, and then a day later I get a lovely letter from Janeese saying because no other cars were damaged that day they aren’t responsible for the damage and don’t believe it was them and that nothing would be done. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I don’t know how they are still in business with blatantly lying to people and not living up to their values as a company. Look at their reviews on here. They are AWFUL and will use anything to get out of having to pay for damage THEY chased!!!!Mike's Carwash, Inc.

Yea let’s set that up. You interaction with me was a letter stating since no one else had damage I must be lying or it came from someplace else when my *** is garage kept and has a clean car fax. But yea let’s blame the customer when we know we’re wrong. That’s going to go over well. I mean just look at these reviews. You are crooks and will look for any way to weasel your way out of taking responsibility.
