  I had wonderful help in choosing a stand lift and slings. On using the device the fisrt time, it was clear the sling was sizes too big. I contacted the company for assistance November 19. No call back. I finally reached J. and he said he could take care of it, no problem. We discussed that the sling is UNSAFE as is and he agreed. Several follow up phone calls, emails and contacting through their website resulted in still no response. BestCare supplies the slings and can exchange it ONLY if the have the ticket from Midwestern Medical Supply, LLC.
  There is NO customer service after a sale so BEWARE!!
  I grew up in a family owned business and like to support them. This sale cost me time and extra money to resolve the situation. Very disatisfied

  We apologize for the delay. We are family run business and were off Thanksgiving week so were unable to get back to you during that week. That is not normally the case since we are open 6 days a week.We opened a Case with the factory Bestcare as requested the same day as your email 12/8. Since they dont do exchanges, we were under the impression you were returning direct to them and they were sending out a replacement smaller sling size as they had a RA listed on the case.After reading your review on the BBB we wanted to follow up to apologize for not getting a follow up phone call on this sling issue. We understand the equipment is needed to help take care of loved ones and time is of the essence. We talk with so many people on a daily basis and do our best to make sure customers have a good experience and help them get the products they need. We have several repeat customers and referrals as people rely on our customer service for assistance and have been in business for 13 years.   There's good service and then there is the amazing customer service of Midwestern Medical Supply Group. From the minute I called and spoke to Heather, Midwestern went beyond regular work hours and caring to come up with a solution to procure the equipment we needed to bring my 95 year old Dad home from the hospital. In just a few hours, they procured the lift we needed, and this is after calling numerous companies over a few days and receiving flat out nos, we can't help you. Not only did they get the lift, they found a way to get it to us that night through what was a clear miracle that they had the merit to deliver. We will be using Midwestern Medical going forward and I recommend that you do too.
