    We have been very happy with the service after the sale. Always had a great experience with whomever we spoke with. Friendly and very knowledgeable. If you are needing their products you know life is already challenging and they make the buying very easy.

    My aunt used Midwestern and had an excellent experience. So when we needed a sit-stand machine for our lake cabin, I did not hesitate to contact them. The price was superior to anyone else and delivery was as fast as any ****** ***** order for ****** Al. I am completely satisfied with all aspects of the sale, delivery and also followup when I called with a question. What a relief to have someone from USA answering the phone that I could easily understand. Yes for me 5 star

    We had a great experience with **** and Midwestern. We needed 3 foldable lifts for my son. And, I needed one the next day! **** recommended the perfect lift that addressed our needs for portability, space saving and ideal for my son who is totally dependent. Because I needed them asap, he was even able to get them delivered next day! Pricing was amazing. I did a lot of research and could not be happier.

    I purchased the car transfer lift for my wife. It works well. I use it in the home as well as with the car. I have used it at the dentist to lift my wife into the dental chair, the dentist is amazed at how well it works. The employees at Midwestern are the best.

    Sorry for the delay, we are a family run business and had a family emergency with our 12 year old son and were out of the office and at ********* Hospital for 5 weeks end of July through August so our phones were off.     Too small of a company to be reliable, or just uncaring and too much going on to provide adequate service. Spoke with a woman over the weekend in regards to bad wheels in less than a year on a bariatric hoyer lift from them. She explained soonest she could help me was Tuesday when she was back in the office. It is Tuesday and I've called and spoke to a man who said he was the woman's husband, and that he would get back to me shortly in regards to ordering replacement caster wheels. I explained a gentleman has been bed ridden for 4 days now because of the lack of functioning wheels. After several hours of no contact back, I sent an email to the company. Zero response. If you're looking for reliable service, I'd recommend you keep looking.

    I purchased a hoyer from Midwestern Medical supply for my mother who was returning home after hip surgery. I needed to get it shipped as quickly as possible. I was told by Midwestern Medical Supply that if I ordered their hoyer (a nearly $1000 item) itd ship the next day and be here in 4 or 5 days. That timeline worked, so I ordered it. It is now day 10 and the item has yet to arrive. I contacted Midwestern Medical Supply. They told me they "had shipping delays, sorry, that it'll be here tomorrow". That would've been good to know beforehand since time was of the essence. I specifically asked about a delivery timeline as the basis of deciding where to order this equipment. So, this may (or may not) be a great piece of equipment (as we've yet to receive it), but their customer service and honesty is poor! Just FYI.....for potential customers. Midwestern Medical Supply's "customer service" has made this issue with my mother more difficult and stressful due to their business practices!

    Sorry for the delay. We shipped your order through *** who damaged the shipment and returned it to the manufacturer without letting us know. When we received your message we contacted the warehouse and reshipped your order that shows it was delivered in 2-3 business days from the reorder. While *** and ***** are normally good about delivering in 3-5 days for majority of our orders, occasionally orders are lost and or damaged by the shipper and we are not immediately notified to rectify the situation.
