      I purchased a 477 dollar watch online on April 7th and never received it. Not even a delivery notification email. I called to get a refund or reshipment and they sent me and email denying my request without any further explanation. Called back several times and spoke to multiple managers and none of them had an answer or explanation as of why was it denied. Terrible experience!

      I am so disappointed in the Macy's ********* Town Center in Oregon for shipping a fake bootleg *** ***** PARFUM that I bought from Macy's.com I truly believed that I was safe from any fraud Orders from Macy's but what I received was definitely not what I paid for I have worn this parfum for over 25 years what I was sold was the cheapest knock off I have ever come acrossd, to say I am disappointed in the Macy's Standards of yesteryears is an understatement! I can't return this fast enough! Ladies Beware of Macy's.com and if you are from ********* Oregon you would do better shopping somewhere that won't bamboozle you!!!??????

      Macys.com is now allowing third-party sellers to list products on their platform, but be cautious when purchasing from these 3rd Party sellers. I unwittingly purchased a BEBE garment from *****************. The quality was horrendous so I returned it to ******, and that was a total nightmare. The seller received the item on 1 March 2024, I still have not received a refund. Further, ****** does not take responsibility for third-party transactions.This needs to be investigated.

      Horrible online and phone-based customer service. My online order refund which was returned via *** was issued as a merchant only certificate instead of a credit card refund which can only be used in stores. I do not live within 100 miles of a Macy's. This took over two weeks! It took nearly an hour on the phone with customer service repeatedly telling me that I had returned the item to a store ... adamantly! After escalating to a manager, they told me a refund would be issued in 10 days. I have never received a refund and now wonder if I was scammed. The call center was very loud and I could hear rude conversations in the background. The phone number was legitimate. Macy's, whatever call center you are currently using ... please switch!

      Macys recently changed their return policy to 30 days without notifying customers before they make an online purchase. Not very reputable. Be warned.

      I used to be a card holder and closed the account went through a finance company to pay Macys off. They agreed to a settlement took the money and came back a year later asking for money and put this on my credit report I wonder if they do this to everyone or just certain people, they need to be investigated and Im having a hard time getting this off my report even with all the proof I have, any help would be appreciated.

      My online order was large size but the jacket that I received was at least extra large size although on the jacket, it says large but its xl size or more. I went to the Northridge Macys to return the item and get the credit but they told me that was the final sale and they can not help me but they told me to make the return this item online by asking them to send a prepaid label and return it and I will get the full credit, so I called to their online number and explained them my problem that I can never use this jacket because its so big on me and I never used it. The answer from supervisor was sorry we cant help you because this item was final sale plus it's been by few more days overdue than 30 days returning policy, and I explained them that I just found out about this problem when I try to use it first time thats why I didn't call you earlier, in other words I trusted the Macy's advertised large size which wast accurate. I am a good customer of macys and I made big orders from them, thats why I think they shouldn't treat me like this, it is not fair.

      The phone prompting situation is HORRIBLE and so is the customer service. It takes several tries to get to the right person and then they can't help resolve your issue. I was delivered a defective sofa and have had nothing but a nightmare since. I will be closing my account even though I have been with them for almost 20 years. I'm glad they closed their store in my area now!!!!!

      Tried to call to make a change of address on credit card. Zero balance. Customer since 1970. Tried to high pressure sale of a life alert system. Would not stop selling !. Cut up card and will never shop there again. Beware!

      I have a Macy’s store credit card which I have had for many many years. Lately I noticed when I pay my card off in full one month and have a zero balance. The next month I will be charged $2.25 On my credit card there’s a balance of $2.25 even though I paid it off in full. I’ll call Macy they take it off but it’s still illegal. They’re just trying to make money on a zero bill I think if it’s not illegal it should be, and I think that the Better Business Bureau should report this to Macy’s and have it known so they can stop this predatory credit at Macy’s.
