      I order online to avoid visiting a Macy's store. Today I received an online order that was sent from the Fountain Valley Macy's with the security senso tag still attached???? Obviously no one heard the alarm when it left the store??? I called customer service, spoke to supervisor Ella who did not seem to concerned telling me to go to a store to have it removed? The whole reason for ordering online for delivery is to avoid visiting a store! Pathetic service. No wonder Macy's is failing!!!

      Holiday 2024, I made several orders through Macy's.com. Some orders arrive in 1 shipment and others in several. The first order i placed, i only received half of my order. Once I got the alert it had been delivered, I checked and the package was no where to be found. I got in touch with Macy's and I was refunded for the items i did not receive. As stated above, i had made several orders. Some of my orders were shipped to a *** access point where they would be received by an attendant/employee there and then i would sign for and pick up my package. Of course all those packages arrived without issue. Then there was another order placed and apparently shipped to my home instead of the *** Access Point - and I did not receive that package either. In fact there were several packages from different merchants that I did not receive that day. I waited a few days to ensure, the package(s) didn't show up and then I reached out to Macy's and was told they would reship the items i had ordered. However, a few days later I received an email in which Macy's had rescinded their decision and i would not receive a reshipment or a refund. within the email there was link i could click on if i felt my issue had not be adequately resolve. I used the link and sent an request for clarity three to four times and no one has gotten back to me. This is unacceptable.

      Stay away!! I have never had a good experience with Macys furniture. For our recent purchase I was going to go else where but thought I would give them another try. I should have not done thatIt took about 3 months and on the day we were suppose to receive our couch, they never called so I call them and I was advised that the couch was completely damaged and I would not be receiving it as planned and I would need to wait another couple months for a new one which means another 3 months knowing them. In my opinion they did not make it right, they said they would try to expedite the new order (no promises however) and would take off $200 for the inconvenience. Here I am on Christmas Eve with no couches for my guests and a $200 credit in their minds is what makes it better. Anyway stay away, this will be my last purchase with them, just hoping I get a new couch sometime this century.there were also other issues with the sales team at the Macys in ************** so again for your own good STAY AWAY!

      Good day I placed an order and was told my order will be delivered on 12/23/2025. I contacted macys and got no help. I was told I would have to contact the seller myself although I purchased this item through macys. I was literally told its nothing else they can tell me about a product I purchase through them. Then I was told by a supervisor that I was told the wrong shipping date and need to wait for the item to be shipped out, which doesnt make any sense because i already have a shipping #. Why does the macys website lie about that date something will be ordered just to get people to buy just to turn around and dont ship out the order. Its christmas and macys just made my kids christmas a sad one.

      Online orders arrive randomly, don't have accurate tracking, and when you call customer service you get someone with a typical American name but clearly isn't their given birth name as there is a definite language barrier. I spend over 30 minutes repeating the same issue in 15 different ways to this representative who didn't get what I was saying and then half the time I couldn't understand him except to know that he wasn't understanding. Absolute garbage customer service. Please get NATIVE English speakers - and what is with the background noise?! Are they in a busy call center or working from home and have a loud environment?? I HATE calling this customer service. This call shouldn't have taken more than 5 minutes to clear up my issue and I had to waste my time and listen to redundancies from the representative repeating over and over what he was doing to "fix" the issue to fill the silence while. What is worse is that most of the time, if you order online and have issues, the store tells you that you have to call customer service for help. Macy's, please stop outsourcing this service!

      Ordered mattress, box springs, & frame. Purchased "no worry" plan which included mattress cover. Did not receive mattress cover. Macys had picture of my mattress deliveted with mattress cover in package sitting on bed BUT it was not left with us. Refused to ship another one & chose not to believe a customer who just made a huge purchase. This store has no concern for customer service.

      Somehow I got on Bloomingdale’s mailing list. I have tried to stop it but impossible. No link to unsubscribe that works. Even called Customer service to stop it and they told me I would have to call a number. Told them that was ridiculous. After a lot of discussion, finally told me it was taken care of. Now I found out they lied. Sorry company. I thought not being able to unsubscibe easily was against the law. Never again.

      HORRIBLE. I bought a ring for $1,000. The quality of the ring was so poor that I immediately returned it through *** on 11/25/24. Macy's received my ring on 12/2/24. I had to call on 12/14/24, because I have not received any notice of processing of my return. It took me 20 minutes to get the agent to even understand they received it and was so focused on my tracking number, even though their records show they received it. The service agent said she manually processed the return and I should get an email confirmation within 24-48 hours. Having not received the email, I called on 12/16/24, and was told that she processed it and I should wait. Again, since nothing happed, I called on 12/19/24, and was told exactly the same things as all the other support agents had said. He also suggested I should contact credit card service and gave me the number. I didn't use a Macy's credit card and that isn't what I need. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor, after holding for several minutes I was disconnected. Immediately, I called back an the 4th agent stated no one actually submitted the return! She said that she was talking to her lead supervisor and basically repeated with the same exact information as agents 1-3 said. At this point I believe nothing I am being told and yet again asked to speak to a supervisor. While waiting for the supervisor to take my call, the agent literally told me that maybe I should contact my bank to get my money back. I couldn't believe my ears. After several minutes on hold, I finally spoke to a supervisor and he (hopefully) will get my return processed. He gave me confirmation numbers. I spend a total of 4.5 hours on the phone to basically cross my fingers and hope this 4th call does the trick. I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM MACY'S AGAIN.

      They have outsourced their customer service and they are horrible. There is a language barrier and they never understand the problem. I've already filled six tines and my problem has been resolved. In May they sent my account to collections though my account was in dispute. The collections agency apologized and promised not to call again. I have an e cellent credit score and want to keeo it that way. Today I am experiencing another problem which customer service screwed up again and unable to resolve. I am crying out for help.

      I can see why there are constant headlines about Macy's having to close stores. Been a loyal customer for years and the customer experience I had today was so bad I will never do business with them again. And they aren't just losing my personal business, but also my company's who purchases gifts for employees and clients through Macy's nearly daily. I ordered a gift for a male cousin in FL, First the order got delayed, then when it finally arrived he instead got a pair of women's shoes. It was supposed to be a kitchen item, so not even men's shoes were expected. Macys resent the gift, but shipped it to me in CO instead of to FL where it was supposed to go. They also marked my account as being required to return the item I purchased, not the shoes, that was never shipped in the first place. I had to speak with 4 people, 3 of them supposedly supervisors, before any of them would do anything to resolve this. The one I spoke with on the phone even lied to me saying the company would do nothing to fix their mistake since I received the second item. So, according to her, they were going to charge me twice for an item that was only shipped once and never correct the order. As a call center supervisor, I can say without question my agents would have been written up, if not fired, for treating customers so poorly and as a supervisor I would never dream of doing my job the way Macy's allows their supervisors to do theirs. I was also told there was no way for me to make a complaint about this.
