Horrible experience and wont use macys again. Places an order. When I put in the gift card info had it reverted to my old address from before 2019. Called with in minutes and was told I couldnt change anything unless it was before 30 minutes. Yes its been way before 30 minutes. But no one of 4 people would help me. Last one told me to contact *** to change my address with them. Oh! But when I went to do that it tells me due to the senders restrictions it cant be changed. Stupid non helpful scammy store.

I placed an order for a piece of jewelry online and had it delivered to the store. Eleven (11) days after it was promised for delivery, I still had not been notified that it was at the store. I called customer service and thy could not tell me when it will be delivered and would not cancel the order. All they would tell me is that I would have to wait until it is delivered to the store and then return the item. Totally unacceptable. Do not patronize this store!

I purchase two pairs of boots online from Macys on Nov. 27th. I recived an email saying my order was shipped in multiple shipments. One pair if boots were delivered Dec. 3rd. Through the help of online assistance, I inquired about the second pair of boots. I was told that boots would be delivered on Nov. 9th. Due to the fact that I didn't get the second pair of boots, I contacted customer service today. Basically, I was told that one pair of boots wasn't in stock when I ordered them. I don't understand how I was able to order an out-of-stock item! How is it possible to order something that's not in stock? To make things worse, I have to wait 7-10 business days to get my money back. I find this unacceptable and bad business. I am extremely unhappy and disappointed with my experience. I will not be ordering anything else online from Macys.

I experienced racial profiling and discrimination at this Macys! I have a disability and I had to use my utility cart with handle to shop in Macys. I was followed and watched for two hours by the Macys employees. I was asked numerous times if I needed help which I told them I did not. I then left the area I was at to shop around for perfume, cologne and mens clothing for a gift. I was immediately followed buy lost prevention until I went back to the undergarments department. I was told by the Macys employee that they were looking for me. How many times does Macys have to be sued until they realize that RACIAL PROFILING IS A CRIME AS WELL AS DISCRIMINATION TO DISABLED INDIVIDUALS! I have called the corporate office multiple times to express my concerns just to have my complaints dismissed or laughed at by the customer service representative! I will be looking into hiring a lawyer for this incident.

When calling "the local number", it was no local but was redirected to a call center in the country of Columbia. I was only needing inforation on where the pick up counter was located in the store as finding curb side pick up info seemed too difficult. Before the customer service rep would give me directions (if he could have) on where the counter was located, he was wanting to verify order information and even FULL STREET ADDRESS. Without that he said he could not give information. SORRY MACYS way tooooooo much PERSONAL nfo needed for simple store directions. Thanks for farming Americans out to foreign countries. This is outrageous.

Macy's has horrible customer service. On 11/1/24 I purchased a **** wool coat while out of state at a Macy's store. I wore it three times and now it is shedding and bumped up. I contacted Macy's via chat for return assistance. The Macy's representative received picture of the coat, and my charge statement but refused to instruct on how to proceed with a return or contact for in store services. I live several states away from the Macy's where the purchase was made. No assistance was provided.

After my experience with the Macy's customer service department I can see how the company's growth and sales could continue to decline.

The phone agents are liars. They tell you false information so you leave them. Good feedback after they hang up the phone. They are scum the bottom of the barrel. Nationality doesn’t matter, however they sound like they live in the Philippines and they have no integrity or ethics…
You have to look at the main company, in other words, Macy’s, who allows this to continue.

Spent multiple attempts to resolve fraud on gift card. Macys acknowledged the fraud, but has failed to put the proper amount on the card.
