      A few days ago, I received an email insisting that there was an unspecified issue with my service, and that they would turn off my service if I didn't contact them right away. Thinking this was probably a scam, I contacted **** through their website. This contact was ignored.Last night, the service was suddenly down, and it's taken all day today just to schedule a repair. One of the customer service agents I talked to indirectly confirmed that the company did indeed turn the service off on purpose. This negatively affects my customers, and even if there was a legitimate problem, it could have been solved in several more professional ways.

      Former Lit Fiber customer here prior to the Omni Fiber merge. These guys definitely win and stand out with their local support and symmetrical speeds. Although I switched because a door-to-door salesman for a competitor offering $65/mo 2 Gigabit speeds and a risk free trial. One time I called asking if a tech could come and explain the ONT on the side of my hours. instead of charging $80 to have a tech come out, the technical support rep offered to explain the inner workings of Fiber internet and let me ask questions about certain things and their workings. I'd like to say that my switch was purely value-driven and not performance-driven, I actually liked Lit Fiber during the time I had them and I hope that they continue what they do and don't lose their vision as well as keep their local support and symmetrical speeds.

      Terrible customer service ! The supervisors are untrained and uneducated they need more training I was lied to by several employees today to just get me off the phone. They will not help u resolve issues and you will be even upset before you called. If I could give 0 stars the biggest liar of them alll is supervisor Samantha  she needs to be more educated on things before being placed in that position ALL I CAN SAY IS BEWARE AND FIND ANOTHER INTERNET PROVIDER !!!

      I am extremely happy since I switched to omni fiber. I not only went from 123.00 ( other company) to 81.00 ( omni fiber) savings of about 42.00, which is a lot when your on a fixed-income. I have had my debit card hacked twice and had to wait for a new one ( which has put my bill behind twice now), but this company has been really good about understanding. Their customer service and technicians are wonderful and professional.
      Thank you for making an old ladys life a lot easier.

      I am highly upset. We pay for the most expensive internet but now twice it has went out and we couldn't use it. Today it has been hours without internet. It's our 11 year anniversary, we took off work. Went out to dinner and came home to watch a movie but can't because the internet isn't working AGAIN......

      Not just an easy install, it was quick after ordering. Only had to call tech once. He cleared an error and I was back up and going in less than 15 minutes. So far I’m very happy I made the jump from cable to fiber. Great customer service and reliable. I was offered plans but never felt pressured.

      I joined omni fiber early this year and have enjoyed faster service. My printer always stays connected now so i don't have to reconnect it constantly. However, I am not a fan of the big cement block in my front yard for their access point. When they dug up my yard, they didn't do a good job of replanting the grass. I feel the customers that had to have this put in their yard should get some sort of discount.

      I joined Omni Fiber because there was no alternative To our local Cable company and Internet provider. But after switching to Omni Fiber, I could not be happier with the Internet service I have been provided And the installation process was very easy. The technician was very professional.

      I think this is the very best internet provider I have ever had tbh, the speeds are fast, even the lowest priced internet is fast and can gave multiple users it multiple devices at the same time without slowing down the speed, also the security and the customer service is the Bomb fr, and the fact that the wiring is underground makes it safer from ppl stealing it and less likely that weather will mess it up
