      I have never seen the speeds. I have computers and tvs that just wont load. Plus its a Saturday and I currently have no internet and I am a giant college football fan. This is the second or third time in a month. I have yet to receive any credits or any other compensation for the loss of service. Really think my cable internet was better then this.

      I have had Omni Fiber since March 2024 with minimal interruptions in service. I have lost service a couple of times for short periods of time in the late evening/early morning. Because of the short interruptions I rationalized that you were updating or servicing the system.
      Also when I signed up the sales rep mentioned a 1 month discount for my military service. I have not received any correspondence on this.
