  We want to cancel our account with Cintas. No matter who I speak to, they either redirect me to someone else, or our account rep. The account rep and area manager will not cancel our account. We want it cancelled now! From ******* **** *****

  Do NOT USE them!!!!!!! They tell you everything is good to go just sign a paper. My mistake was they lock you in a 5 year agreement without telling you ( 60 months)! You only find out after the fact when you want to cancel them and they show you the agreement!!! Also make sure to read that if you don't cancel within the last 6 months of the agreement and only within the last 6 months it's an auto renewal!! Don't be stupid and use them but if you do with them READ EVERYTHING!!! They try to hide everything. This was on me and I understand but was very very sneaky!!!

  Avoid Cintas at All Costs – A Nightmare of Unresponsive Customer Service and a One-Sided Contract I signed a contract with Cintas less than three years ago, and it has been an ongoing struggle ever since. Despite multiple attempts to cancel the contract and reduce the number of uniforms required, they have been completely unresponsive and unhelpful. I have a stack of unused uniforms sitting in my office, which I’m still paying for but not using. My business has very low employee turnover, and there has been zero uniform damage, yet I’ve spent over $20,000 for around 15 total uniforms – which is absurd and completely wasteful. To make matters worse, my account manager has done nothing to resolve any of these issues. Instead, they've only tried to upsell me more products or extend the contract I’m desperately trying to get out of. Cintas has shown zero interest in helping me as a small business owner. Their sole focus seems to be on extracting as much money as possible from a contract that is impossible to get out of, and that doesn’t meet my needs. I would strongly advise against working with Cintas. They are difficult to work with, take advantage of their customers, and pressure you into signing contracts that trap you. They don’t care about solving your problems, only about making money. I regret ever choosing them, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

  Price is manageable but they never clean the clothes they take. I always get them back with oil spots and sometimes they get switched out with older more beat up uniforms with holes. now normally I don't care but I'm paying for them to be clean and would like them to be clean and preferably without holes

  Cintas salesman are very pushy and make you feel bad so you cave in and sign a contract over a product that we couldve nought outright for $260 and by getting in a contract that piece of equipment over a three year period were spending over 7000 for it. Not happy at all. We are a small business.

  Since our company has taken on Cintas for all our supplies it has been AWESOME! They come through every Friday and make sure we have everything we need. Leo is the main employee that comes to our location and he is the BEST! I am so glad we went with Cintas!

  Please dont do business with this company! They have fine print clauses in their contract that will overcharge you and your monthly rate will continue to go higher and higher!

  After three years the price had more than doubled and that was after we had removed some of the services. Was looking forward to saying goodbye and then find out our contract had automatically renewed for another three years - a so-called evergreen clause. I am livid. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. This practice should be illegal.

  AVOID this company at all costs!Dog water customer service. Everything gets "escalated to our manager" and no one follows up. They unfortunately had us locked up in a 5 year contract and completely extorted my family business for minimum 5 figures over the last 4 years.. Their costs magically double every couple years. They are suppose to notify us of any price changes so we can decline them, however they have never contacted me in 4 years about a single price change and just change the price on the invoice as their notification. The malpractice this company does should be looked at by lawyers. Forging my staff signatures on visits to "save time". Charging for product we've not received. The list is endless.
