      Cintas has the worst customer service Ive ever dealt wit. Ive had to call numerous times to deal with our accounts (we unfortunately have two accounts.) Ive never been spoken to so rudely by a customer service representative before. Every single time I call, theyre hateful, ****, cut me off and will not let me finish, and the tone of their voice is cold. Our service is a mess also. Dont even get me started on billing! It seems like theyre a nightmare!

      Cintas is a business of professionalism. Its very important that my work clothes look and feel good. Jonathan and Ronnie really take pride in their work and take care of me. My work uniforms are always clean and fitted to my liking. If there is anything I need changing on them like sizing or wear, they make sure to take care of it for me. Thank you Cintas for having employees like Jonathan and Ronnie.

      This company is a major rip off. Do not sign a contract with them, you will be sorry. I can't believe they are still in business. I am person who never leaves reviews nor has the time to but people need to know not to waste their money and stand the chance of getting locked into a contract. I downsized my business and am being forced to pay a $150 per month for 1 roll of paper towels. Poor commination from the management plus they wait months to drop off anything while your still being charged for the service.
