  When a data recovery service was my only hope of saving my data, I needed more than a transactional relationship. Handing over my data on a scandisk snapped into pieces, I needed a sense of security and peace of mind. Replacing the immediacy and connection of in-person meetings can be tough, but somehow ****** of Secure Data Recovery humanized our virtual relationship. By gaining my trust in HIM, I gained trust in the company, the Brand that I had never worked with before this incident. ****** offered supported service from my first phone call through to the arrival of my recovered data. Following each call (within minutes of our call), ****** memorialized our discussion with an email summary that was always consistent with our discussions. At each step, the process was discussed via phone call, followed always by an email summary. Every commitment and deliverable occurred as discussed and within the promised timeframe. If you ask me today, what is the single most important part of data recovery, I would say without hesitation, the Account Representatives, like ****** ie the first and last impression of the company.   Very pleasant experience working with these folks. Outstanding, smooth, and timely service at a reasonable cost. They recovered 99+% of my data on drive that broke over 10 years ago. ************************* was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process. I highly recommend them.

  I worked with *************************. Great experience. He explained the process, where to bring my hard drive, where is going to be sent and approximately time for the entire process. After evaluation ****** informed what went wrong and cost for recovery will be. I had my hard drive back in less than three weeks.
