  ************************* and his team at Secure Data Recovery are phenomenal at what they do, and I am forever grateful for what they've given back to me and my family. They rescued countless precious, priceless family memories that we thought were lost forever when no one else I contacted was willing to even look at the hard drive containing them. We cannot express our gratitude to them enough. The service ******* and Secure Data Recovery provided was first rate and impeccable from the moment I called to the moment I received all of our files on a new hard drive they provided and shipped to me. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who desperately needs data recovered from a damaged, encrypted or malfunctioned piece of hardware. Five stars is not enough, they deserve ten.

  They handled my hard drive with extreme professionalism. They were able to recover ALL of my data and send me the data on an easy-to-access hard drive. Seamless process. ********************* had great follow-through and made the process super easy. Highly recommend.

All my questions/ concerns were answers with a turnover, immediately! ******, did an amazing job in recovery my pictures and was able to advise me how to avoid this situation again.   So grateful to ************************* at Secure Data Recovery Services who essentially held my hand through the entire process! My drive which had basically my entire life on it from October 2022 - February 2023 stopped working and I was afraid I lost everything. But, I was able to send my drive off and work with *** who not only helped me reduce my bill but also worked with his team to recover 99% of my drive. Out of almost 4 terabytes of information, there were only about 700 files that were unrecoverable. As a photographer, proper backup is essential for my line of work so I am beyond grateful that this team was able to recover most everything - from my trip to ******* to high school senior photo sessions to newborn photos... I now have everything back! So grateful.

  I knew better but had not made a backup of my external hard driveand then it failed. Luckily I found Secure Data Recovery and they were able to recover all my files. Crises averted!! A big thanks to ***************** for great customer service. He kept me informed of the process and I had my data delivered back to me quickly.

  The contractor was able to retrieve data from an external hard drive that failed with most of the data being recovered. The contractor was able to complete the service sooner than what was anticipated. I was happy with the quality of service and good performance.

  Worst. Ever. Avoid at all costs. Not only the horrible service, but the complete lack of communication - weeks and weeks of non-responses to emails, so then i call, get promised an update, yet none ever comes - and the process repeats. And here now, MONTHS after having sent my drive, i still cannot get it back - even tho they told me it was unrecoverable, and that they would be shipping it back. This surely is not even a real company/service-provider, but an outsourcing middle-man - and are surely looking just t snag big corporate accounts, who have serious and critical failures and recovery issues - a little guy like me, re a failed external hard-drive? Meh - Would never ever recommend - BEWARE! You wont get your property back, nor will you have any peace-of-mind re any updates or communication, waiting and wondering week after week.

  Had a great experience working with ***************************. Made the process seamless and set expectations from the first call. Service is a bit pricey, but worth every ***** to recover important and expensive files from a desktop SSD.
