      I had a great experience my guy was very helpful in trying to help me out with my issue. They provided me with a quote quickly unfortunately for me it was very expensive and I decided not to go ahead with the recovery but none the less they were very helpful.

      Secure Data Recovery was able to restore my 4TB drive well above 99% of all the files. **** answered all my questions throughout the process. I was hesitant sending my drive with all my data anywhere, but SD did a fantastic job from the start to the finish. Would recommend them if you have a drive that has important information to be recovered.

      Working with Secure Data Recovery Services was a great experience. E. was my contact for the whole process, and he was very helpful, professional, and prompt with relaying information and making sure the needs of our company was met. Unfortunately, we did not end up using their service as the cost did not line up with our project, but I will defiantly reach out to them if I ever need a drive recovered in the future. They were prompt in their follow up on the diagnosis and were very transparent on their processes, the state of my media and what the plan was for recovering data.Painless experience overall and any person I talked to was professional and knowledgeable.Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing their critical data recovered. They do charge what some would consider a lot but depending on the value of the data, the expertise that the team brings will be well worth it.

      I worked with Secure Data and *************************** who was professional knowledgeable and very fast to respond to my questions. The whole experience was very easy, free quotes shipping my data and recoverability all on timelines I was able to decide on. I had an 8TB internal HDD that had a power surge and killed the drive. It would not take power spin or register as alive in an external bay. Recoverability was far beyond anything I could do.

      Thank you to **** and Secure Data for helping recover important files. They were able to recover the files off my hard drive that had been damaged through the connector. ( A real nightmare for a photographer who is still editing photos!)

      Thanks to my contact, ******, and really all the people that answered the phones when I called. The process was very simple, they gave me a great price when I had trouble with the original estimate. They recovered over 99% of the data on the hard drive and they did it faster than originally anticipated once I gave them the green light. I wish it had been 100%, but they did amazing. Every call was a pleasant experience, they took time to answer my questions and explain the process even the technical side when I asked! I never got the phone call run around. I would definitely recommend Secure Data Recovery for hard drive failures!
