  **************** as my case specialist kept me posted on the progress with my WD hard drive. I thought I had lost all my data, ***** assured me I was in good hands with Secure Data Recovery (SDR). His calm demeanor in our conversations allowed me to feel at easy with the process. I was very happy when he called to let me know the process was completed. A couple of weeks ahead of schedule and that SDR was able to recover 100% what I thought was lost. Working with ***** was a positive experience. I am happy to recommend SDR for data recovery.

  Great service awesome rep.I would not have gone with Secure Data without ******.   We lost use of our backup external hard drive. The drive contained nearly everything dear and important to us: photos, documents and home videos. We really weren't sure what to do to salvage our data and have it be safe, discreet and totally recoverable. But, in the end Secure Data Recovery made it happen. They recovered all the data and returned it all promptly on a new drive. Our representative, ***, kept us in the loop during the process and made it very easy to see what was happening and what our options were along the way. We are very grateful!!! Thanks,T and C

  I worked with ***************************. He helped me get though a very stressful situation with my nearly full hard 6TB drive containing documents, photos, and videos including 360 videos. In addition to making the process simple, he was very reassuring. The one downside was the high cost (in my opinion) but I must say that it was comforting to work with someone so professional. When I received my data I was delighted that my file structure was retained, something I did not expect. I recommend Secure Data Services, and working with ****. In a world with so many scams it is good to work with people who are honest and clear.

  We worked with ****** and he was incredibly quick and responsive throughout the entire process. All steps were explained in detail so that I knew what to expect. The entire process was smooth, and we were able to recover 95% of our data. Before working with ****** and Secure Data, we didn't think it was possible for us to get our family photos and videos back. ****** made sure that the work was done quickly and that our recovered data was returned to us as quickly as possible.
