We had a new tub/surround installed, along w/some updated plumbing and new flooring. It looks very nice. They also tore down the walls and installed greenboard, and hooked up our new toilet, etc. They did all this in 4 days, in a small bathroom, with only 2 installers. They were efficient and cleaned up everything when the job was completed. We have an old house, so some of the work was challenging. My only 'complaint' would be how long it took to get the product, which is not their fault. Overall very happy and it was a nice birthday 'gift'!! Will be using them at my mom's house soon.

We are very happy that we decided to go with Bath R Us for our shower remodel. The process was very easy and we are so excited about our amazing shower. Even though we have a 170 year old home with an unusual set up, they made it perfect! While they were in the home, ****, ***, and **** were so polite and made sure everything was as we ordered. Their work was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Bath R Us for your next project.Baths R Us

**** and Jr. are the best came in layer down drape clothes to keep the area clean and got right to work, asked my opinion on where to put shelfs and grab bars and kept me informed the whole time. Would highly recommend this company and these 2 guys are great very friendly and professionalBaths R Us

Although the workmanship was excellent the project lasted for three days I was without a shower for six days. because of a holiday weekend it was difficult to expedite the project because the owner ********* who supposedly always gets back to her customers, even though requested to do so, never called me I did not appreciate that. In general the project looks very nice. I have not tried it yet because I have to wait 24 hours before using the shower which delays me yet another day. Being a senior citizens I did not appreciate that fact. The shower is definitely an improvement over the tub that I had and will allow me to bed with ease.Baths R Us

Thank you for reaching out and sharing with us! While we are thrilled to hear that you LOVE your final product, we are sorry to hear that your entire experience was not what you expected. In your particular situation, when we arrived and started the demolition it was determined that there was additional demolition that need to conducted in order to properly installer your shower. This resulted in the project taking longer than expected. While we do our best to give estimates on how long a installation will take, sometimes we do run into things that are unexpected. While ********* herself did not reach-out it is our understanding that the management team was in communication with you throughout the project. ********* from BathRUs did contact me today after reading my review. She did explain that some projects take longer than expected because of construction problems. This fact was never discussed with me when the contract was signed. She also agreed the project probably should not have been started over a holiday weekend and it should have been determined whether I had another shower that could be used. She offered me $250 to cover the cost of damaged wallpaper. I accepted that offer. Hopefully this will be a learning experience for their team as well a caution to the consumer about the length of a project.Review fromClemy L
