***** and ***** from Bath R Us converted my bath/shower to a walk in shower. They were on time, professional and hard working. I would highly recommend them to anyone doing a bath renovation.

Huge thanks to Bath R Us for redoing my bathroom. If youre going to redo a bathroom, you need to do it with Bath R Us. Great service, great installation process from start to finish and polite, courteous staff. They had my old shower and vanity out within the first hour of the first day! And they took it with them so you dont have to worry about it! They service just about anywhere in northeast Ohio and more. Special shout out to **** and *** with Bath R Us for getting this all done in 2 1/2 days!!! No excuse even for people with busy schedules.Baths R Us

The salesman *** was prompt, polite, informative and not pushy. The installers ***** and *** were courteous, polite, conscientious that any employer would be proud to have them on the payroll. They worked together as a team like a pendulum clock non stop. They answered all our questions and explained the new shower install.Baths R Us

Don't waste your time. They don't keep appointments and then tell you it's your fault because after making an appointment they won't come if you don't get a message asking you to confirm and call them back... even after making the appointment. I confirmed when I made the appointment. I keep my word. I don't work for them. I don't respond to contractors who tell me what I have to do to get them to do their job. It's simple customer service. Very rude customer service person interrupted me to tell me how wrong I was to not do as they said they require of me... the customer. Don't fall for it. I'm thankful I learned how they do business early enough to save me a lot of money and headache.Baths R Us

Your response is a joke. Either you keep your word or you don't. I don't answer to you and I have no plans on respond to the demands of contractors. If others have not kept their word that is unfortunate but not my problem. That's called the price of doing business. Something you probably won't be doing for very much longer. Very good experience from sales who came to my home, to my installers **** and ***** answers all my questions were professional, knowledgeable, timely, and efficient. Also very courteous knowing I had pets to make sure they did not get out and there was nothing left that could harm the pets. Would use againBaths R Us

I can't recommend *********. I paid $19K for a large shower that pools water/won't drain, and the door is to large allowing water to splash onto the bathroom floor. The materials are good and the installation team was professional but the design and end product are not worth the money paid. The only way to correct the problems would be to tear out and start over and that was not what ********* offered. They simply pried the floor up and tried to stuff extra material underneath to correct the floor drainage. It did not work. There has been no follow up.Baths R Us

5 starsComplete bathroom transformation. The ******* kept us informed every step of the project. They made sure everything was clean at the end of each day. They made the entire process easy.
