This last weekend I had all new windows installed in my house. The three installer were Tony , Marty and Steven. These guys were very fast and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for windows, thanks windows direct

Just this week I had replacement windows installed by Windows Direct, and I’m pleased with the results! From start to finish, the experience was great.
First off, the price was incredibly competitive. I looked at other replacement window companies and found that Windows Direct offered the best value for the quality of windows they provide. Representative Brian Munafo applied multiple discounts that were available to bring the cost down to an affordable level.
The installation process was another high point. The team completed the job in just one day, which was impressive. The 3-man team was punctual, efficient, and cleaned up the work area on completion.
Most importantly, the energy efficiency of these new windows has exceeded my expectations. As the outside temperatures are nearing 90 and above, inside temperatures remain low and greatly reduce the load on our HVAC system.
Overall, I highly recommend Windows Direct for anyone considering window replacement. Their competitive pricing, efficient installation, and superior energy efficiency make them an excellent choice.Windows Direct USA of Cincinnati

The information provided to us from the salesperson and from the individual who came to measure the window space was extremely different than what work was actually completed in our home. It was a blatant bait and switch just to make the sale. I would strongly recommend going with a company that will be forthcoming with you about the entire process and that will respect the cleanliness of your home when they complete the actual work. Speaking with the manager accomplished absolutely nothing. I'm very disappointed as we put complete trust in this company that was not upheld at time of installtion.Windows Direct USA of Cincinnati

Had a new oversized shower put in our master bath. Windows Directs whole team was so easy to work with and very professional. In todays world it seems as service is dying off but not at Windows Direct. We are so pleased with the outcome. Everything they said they would do they superseded our expectations. Bryan was fantastic!!! Very likeable, personable, dedicated, and extremely knowledgeable about the high quality products that Windows Direct offers. Very happy with Bryan! We made an appointment with Windows Direct for a quote on new windows for our home. Although Bryan went 2 hours past the communicated time of expectancy, I'm glad that he did. He was so informative about all of the options. However....calling the supervisor ruined alot of Bryan's efforts. It really is the oldest sales practice. I really wanted to absorb all of the great information that Bryan presented before making a decision. That didn't seem to be satisfactory in the moment to Windows Direct, and a supervisor was contacted by phone in my home to try to close the deal that I had already stated that I wanted to digest before making a decision. It was of no doing by Bryan that I have decided to not even consider Windows Direct to complete my project, but rather the supervisor whom Bryan contacted to "Power sell" me on the offer. The "I want to think it over" statement didn't appear to be in Window Direct's vocabulary. The only thing that Windows Direct seemed to be concerned about was offering a $8,000 reduction in pricing if I committed to the offer here and now (which by the way was likely the overall pricing to begin with). The one thing that Bryan did do in the end was of poor taste. He knows it, and I called him on it. Other than the last few minutes, he was absolutely fantastic. I'm not sure if Windows Direct deserves such a talented representative. Very poor first impression made by his supervisor. I couldn't be more disappointed, and for that reason, I will not be moving forward with Windows Direct. Thank you.Windows Direct USA of Cincinnati

2 starsExperience was ok overall. I had 2 issues overall. One being with sales when we did the loan and required me to put more money down due to the issue made me a bit unhappy as the sales manager on the phone said i should just pay the extra cost so they dont have to deal with bumping and resubmitting my loan Didnt leave me with much of a choice or great confidence. My second and main big issue is when it came to install. I had been called to set up a scheduled install day and advised I was good to go. Install day came and waiting for the install team to come out at 9am. After waiting until 1130 I finally called to discover the scheduler didnt hit save on my appointment and no one was scheduled for that day. The individual advised that the next day I would have a team out at 9am and should have the job complete in a day. The next day came and no one arrived until 1130am and the crew still needed a lunch break so windows were unloaded and crew went to lunch. So work couldnt begin until almost 1pm. During unload it was also discovered a window was ordered incorrectly. Once the crew arrived back from lunch I was then advised they couldnt finish the majority of the job until the next day after 11am. The final window was finally installed 3 days ago on April 15th. The overall experience with my windows has left a very bad experience as I escalated this with local management as it took 4 days and never heard anything back when they said we will escalate the matter and reach back out over a month later and nothing just a call today that the loan is being submitted and I should see an email about it. Highly disappointed how things were handled and quite honestly hard to recommend the company after all these issues.
