4 starsOverall good experience. Salesperson - Marcus - was great! So far windows are working. I have not seen a reduction in utility bills and not sure how efficiently they perform because utility rates have increased. Work personnel had to return because an issue with existing windows promised to be fixed was not done at the time of installation of new windows but subsequently a workman returned and addressed that item as promised.Review fromPhyllis A.

Had every window in my house replaced. Total of 18 windows. The process with Windows Direct was seamless. Sales Rep Marcus was very informative. The installment team was professional & timely. In the Summer of 2022 I reviewed several window replacement companies. Prices varied, the worst being ******* ** *******n, over three times the estimates of most the other installers. They are horrible. ******** had the worst quality product and customer service - See the Better Business Bureau. The lowest price and best quality product I saw was Windows Direct USA. They have the best design. Universal Windows Direct had design issues, though closest in price. I selected Windows Direct USA and waited several weeks after the measurements were taken. Hannah the Office Administrator kept me informed and updated on the window delivery date. The installation at the end of October 2022 was then headed up by Lead Installer Jeremy, who worked hard and fast in a day and a half and did an excellent job. How he completed the entire house that quick by himself is amazing. Later, Randy the Closer finalized the work with any finishing touches and resolving any issues and questions. He was a fine detail person. Now a year later, the windows and back patio sliding door have held up and look beautiful, really complementing my house with a good quality design at an affordable price and lifetime transferable warranty. I highly recommend this well-organized company and its efficient staff.Windows Direct USA of Cincinnati

1 starPurchased a French door, was told it would be 6-8 weeks delivery. It finally came in 10 weeks later, but had been manufactured incorrectly. We were assured that re-manufacturing would be expedited, as would installation. New door finally came in 8 weeks later, and our expedited installation was another 2 weeks. We had asked to speak to the owner multiple times after the initial gaffe, and never heard a word. When I asked about a concession on the outstanding balance, was told they couldnt do that because they had to eat the first door. Unprofessional and unresponsive. I paid almost $22,000 for 26 windows from Windows Direct. They started instalation on Wednesday 7/12/23. It was supposed to take 2 days. There were 3 workers installing windows. One called off on 7/13, two showed up on 7/13, and all showed up on 7/14. They could not finish on 7/14. They had to come back on 7/17, and I informed installers and called Windows Direct, and reminded them I was leaving on vacation 7/15 and be gone for 8 days, and they will not get paid until 7/24/23, as I had to inspect final work. Well Emily called my home on 7/21 and said they were charging my credit card for remainder of bill, without my inspection. Well when I got back on 7/23 to find windows hard to open, locks not working and dirty windows, plus a glass top table broken. I called Windows Direct, and it went to voice mail, I requested a call back, and no call back as of 8:41 PM today. I am considering my options to take them to court, call into credit card company about a charge not authorized and/or call **** Attorney General. I am very unhappy with Windows Direct. I should have went with ***** (to match my current windows) or ******. What a mess. From the start, I was baited and they switched. I was quoted a price $2,000 cheaper, and had contract printed out and salesman (Dick B*****) said he punched out wrong key on his computer, and price increased $2,000. He then said he gave me a $4,833.24 discount that would no be available if he left my house. Bait and switchWindows Direct USA of Cincinnati
