My furnace installation was a bigger challenge then expected but the installers hjng in to get it done and done correctly. The new furnace is great my house is warm and it's so much quieter than my old one. Will use them again!!Sal's Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Sewer

Sal’s plumbing was hired to make sure that our sewer line was in good working order prior to moving into our new home. The technician said that it looked good and we even called and spoke directly to the guy who did the work prior to closing to be certain. One week after moving in, the line backed up into our basement. The city and county came out and the line was filled with roots to the point where a vac truck had to be called to clear this issue. Sal was very unprofessional and took zero responsibility for them missing this major issue even after I sent pictures of what was found.Sal's Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Sewer

This is a severe misrepresentation of the services we provided. The drains that were cleared and checked, were fine and we have documentation to verify. Our services we had done were from the house out. Clearly the City was responsible for what they found and not ours. Their line was filled with roots, and they used their vac truck to service their ( THE CITY'S) pipes and correct zero responsibility of Sal's. We didn't miss anything since we only serviced the homeowners’ pipes as we were contracted to do. The pictures that were sent supported this theory of this clients further, it was the City's responsibility. Because if it wasn't, I assure you they would have referred you back to the plumber which they did not. As far a being unprofessional, I responded with one sentence to a picture this client sent. I tend to always be accused of this when responding with a NO or it is not our responsibility. What is not noted here is we asked what she would like us to do even though this is a City issue with no response as of yet. before posting you really should make sure the finger is pointed in the right direction and you understand what you are reviewing is the true events.
