    Called Sal’s to replace a hot water tank. They gave me several options to pick from. They came out the SAME DAY and installed the new water heater. The installers were very informative and did the job quickly. They wore covers on their shoes and did a thorough clean up. Great job.

    The service representative, Alphonso *****,did a great job in providing our 6 month furnace maintenance. He was very personal, was very thorough and gave a thorough cleaning. He showed us before and after pictures. Wow, what a difference!
    He is a true professional and a great representative for Sal’s Heating and Cooling. Sal’s is lucky to have him part of their service team.

    CONTRACTED SAL'S HEATING AND COOLING, INC, PLUMBING AND SEWER.
    THE WORK REQUIRED WAS TO UNPLUG DRAINS TO THE SEWER.
    THE CREW CONSISTING OF JESSE AND JORGE DID A FANTASTIC JOB IN ALL ASPECTS.
    IN ADDITION THEY DESCRIBED TO US WHAT CAUSED THE ISSUE AND WHAT TO DO IN THE FUTURE. 100% PROFESSIONAL AND AT A REASONABLE PRICE. SAL'S WILL DO ALL MY WORK IN THE FUTURE. REGARDS, ******* **

    Tony did a very good job on tuning up our furnace. Arrived on time. Explained everything he did. Highly recommend Sal's Heating and Cooling. Very professional staff.

    Sal's converted our residential hot water system from a 40-gal storage tank to a tankless water heater. This required wall mounting the new system, rerouting the natural gas line, new copper water line connections, installing a new condensation drain line, running a new electrical circuit, installing new intake air and exhaust ventilation lines. They did struggle a bit getting the water connection lines installed but ended up with neat and leak-free connections. While the install took a bit longer than expected, the two installers worked carefully, diligently, and respectfully throughout the day. When the job was complete, everything what neat and tidy.
    I selected Sal's to do this job based on the online reviews I found, and the price quoted for the job. Sal's was not the least expensive quote I received but they were more than $1000 less than the highest 2 quotes I received (6 quotes total). Their quote also contained the clearest listing of what was included (actions & materials). I appreciated this transparency and detail.

    2 years ago I had 22k work done with these guys. 2 HVAC units, 2 H2O tanks and 2 AC units. Now my H2O tanks(both) are leaking. Had them come out and tank a look. They tell me it’s $1400 to fix the issue!!!!! Stated it’s my expansion tanks that are both bad and that they only have a year warranty. Would not work with me. Lied and stated I told the techs to get out of my house and never come back. That was a bold face lie. I did not pay the $99 service bill until the issue was resolved but I would never kick people out of my house like that. Lie lie lie.

    Doug and Raymond came out and went straight to work. They explained the process and said it was going to take all day (it did). I told them if they needed anything to let me know, and the next time I saw them it was at the end of the process. I think my basement was cleaner than what it was when they came. Great guys, furnace works great. I hope they can do the install on the AC unit we will need in the spring
