    I've used them since 2019. EVERY person who've walked through our doors have been very kind courteous and respectful. So far, they have been able to research, diagnose and fix my problem every time. They fix the problems with no lingering issues of having to call them back, except once while we were learning our new system they'd put in. The latest being my pilot light went out and he worked quietly and efficient and just plain ol nice. Johnny-on-the-spot business.

    Service was excellent from first phone contact to last follow up call. Every staff member was friendly and courteous. Mike **** was the technician for initial evaluation and follow up installation. He was knowledgeable and honest. If I had a question he couldn't answer directly, he called in and found the answer. I felt I was in the loop at all times.
    I've used Sal's in the past, on recommendation of a colleague, and I plan to use the service for any future needs.

    Sal's provided me with very good service when I needed to get my 17-year-old water heater replaced.
    Their courteous office staff was able to quickly give me a verbal estimate and get me scheduled right away.
    The techs who came to my house were Doug and James. They also were courteous and worked quickly and efficiently. Afterwards, Doug had me check out their work and he reviewed with me the operation and safety features of my new water heater.
    Sal's also has a very nice showroom for their products as well as the many company awards and employee training certificates that are on display in the lobby.
    I've now had my new water heater for a few days, and it continues to work just fine.
    I would definitely use this company again and recommend Sal's to all my friends and family.
