We had three plumbers over two days to fix a leak in our basement. The first plumber did not want to complete the job and gave us a hard time about it. When the office made him complete the job, it was done incorrectly, and we had to have a second plumber come and fix his mistake. The following morning, we woke to a large water leak in the basement, because the first plumber ran water to a deadline. We were then charged twice for the repair.

1 starThe Worst , over priced company you will ever find. Stay away! They installed our heat and air 12 years ago and the same EXPENSIVE PART has been replaced 4 times with a possible 5 costing well over 500$+. I cannot emphasize enough to STAY AWAY!!!!!! Even the last service guy that came out said he can’t believe it’s broke that many times, that the part should only have to be replaced once or twice in 20yrs. 5 starsNoah & Jason were very knowledgeable and repaired my broken pipe in the main floor drain and replaced the original clay pipes with larger pipes to facilitate better flow. They arrived on time and completed the work with minimal disruption to my daily living. Terrible! They charged over $300 to install a thermostat which took about 15 minutes. When I questioned the charge, I was asked if I would be happier if it had taken them longer.
We have been customers for several years and up until now have been extremely satisfied. We were able to find another company that offered an annual contract for less than what Sal’s charged for a 15 minute visit.Sal's Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Sewer

5 starsWe have never had such professional workers come to our home for our heating and cooling needs. Sal's Heating and Cooling definitely have amazing employees representing their company! William and Anthony's performance removing and installing our furnace and AC unit was greatly appreciated by my husband and I! We've never experienced workers who were as skillful and as knowledgeable as these two men were. They not only removed all the old units from our house but they had the rooms left in perfect shape!
