      It was my first time buying a home, and I knew very little about the process. ***************************** helped every step of the way. He broke down the numbers easily so I could understand. He exhibited such wonderful customer service and confidence. Without *********, it would have been extremely overwhelming. I highly recommend him to everyone!

      We closed on our first home with Arianna; *** was super responsive, quick, and incredibly helpful! *** got me the lowest rate I've encountered on the market, made sure to walk me through everything I needed to do and answered all my questions. *** also communicated with everyone involved and kept me in the loop. Cannot recommend Lower, and especially ******** enough!

      Lower will work with you all the way to the end to close your loan. As someone who did not have a normal go to any bank and get a loan, they were able to go through the process and thoroughly explain every step along the way. It may have taken longer than normal, but we were able to get everything accomplished despite the constantly changing loan requirements. It was a great process to experience with the help of the loan advisor keeping on top of everything always. Never felt surprised or had expectations that were not clearly set.
