      I was sentva letter today . 08/06/2022 . Stating Lower's data was breached . My name , my SS. number , phone number , ID's , address . Was all accessed by someone not affiliated with the company . I'm sure I wasn't the only one .

      The process was much more simple than I expected. This was our first refinance and **************. My loan ******** ****************************** helped make that happen. He was always prompt with getting back in touch with me when I reached out via text or email and always answered if I called. The electronic signing was easy and the actual notarized signing was done in our living room (the closing agent came to us). Would definitely recommend Lower.com.

      Lower.com is by far the WORST company we have EVER worked with. They do not reply to you when you need answers and if they do reply, you get a text saying I do not know but I can get an answer for you by 12pm tomorrow - then it will be 6pm the next day, everyone will be out of the office and you will still not have an answer. ******************* was extremely disrespectful and uneducated about the whole process. Everything she said was a lie to get us off the phone. She fired our loan officer and didnt even have the decency to tell us until 2 days later when we asked her what happened. We went that long with no contact from Lower.com after they missed our closing date.They lie, manipulate and delay your entire process because they are unprofessional and completely disrespectful. They just want your money and will never do a single helpful thing for you. ********************************** was fired during our loan process and Im pretty sure that was because the lack of service we received and I will NEVER allow anyone to ever work with this company that I care about. **** told me she thought we closed 2 different times and was unaware that we STILL didnt close. We had no loan officer at all at the end and she was responsible for what happened and still didnt know anything going on. I am disgusted with her work, and everyone else involved. I will share this review everywhere I can to protect someone from making the same mistake we did. We HATE Lower.com.

      Fantastic Experience!I just closed my refi with Lower.com - what a great experience! I had 2 months before I could refi (FHA rule) and I had called my current lender and they told me to call back in July. I then connected with ***************************** and he did not recommend I wait, he suggested we start the process, so I did! Everything went very smoothly - ******* was fantastic at guiding me through everything. He would proactively reach out to me and let me know how it was going, he would respond very quickly to any inquiries I had and even when my loan moved to another Lower.com employee, he still kept in touch and monitored everything from beginning to end and then some - he reached out after the closing and congratulated me. I am beyond impressed with the level of service ******* provided - because of *******, I will always look to Lower.com for my loan needs. Thank you Lower.com and HUGE thank you to *******!!

      We took the suggestion from our realtor to talk with *** at Lower.com for our home loan. Best decision we could have made. *** was so amazing from start to finish. Answering all of our questions and alerting us when to expect correspondence that needed review and signatures.       ***** was amazing from the first initial call. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and let me know within minutes if my expectations could be met. He didn't try to talk me into something that I did not want and process was started immediately.
