  Got a loan for an investment property, we were told that we could transfer the deed to LLC after closing. 4-5 months went by after hours and hours of emails and phone calls, along with lawyer fees for the deed transfer, they denied it. We provided everything they asked for, and was told that they stopped allowing people to do that. Looks like they are getting new people left and right and when they leave, they just stop responding to your emails and calls. The loan officer also stop responding to my calls and emails. I would stay away from them, they just want to get your business then drop you.

  I had the opportunity to close a deal today with one of my buyer clients who worked with ********************************* on their financing. This was the first opportunity I have had as a Realtor to work with ****** and his company. The process was smooth, and we still closed on time even though we ran into a snag with a damaged HUD tag. ****** was very responsive any time I needed a question answered.

  I applied for a loan with lower.com. Before they got my information, they were on point, always answering, friendly and outgoing. Then they got my info, I can not tell you how many times I had to call customer service to get someone to respond to me. Management is a joke. While waiting for a response I come to find, my agent left on maternity leave and the underwriter was fired... Que the manager, just as lost as the rest of the people working there. THREE MONTHS of back and forth, requesting the SAME PAPERWORK because the agent left and the underwriter was fired. I have a paid off home and am requesting a small loan for construction, a job with 6 figures and good credit....I wasted 3 MONTHS with these people just for them to turn around and say they couldn't verify my income. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!

  We worked with ********************* at Lower, and I cannot say enough about how amazing he was. From the very beginning he got to know us and our story. We came with some challenges after the pandemic and all the aftermath that came with it. But he dug in and never gave up. He was creative, communicative, and determined to make this cash out refi work for us. And it did! Thank you to **** and his team, including *****************************.

  When I first filled out an application on Lower's website, I wasn't sure what the outcome would be or if I would even get a call back. At the time, we had a ton of credit card debt and our credit scores certainly were not where they should be when one goes to refinance a house. Upon my first conversation with *******************, I had the overall feeling of being taken care of with the utmost urgency and importance. It felt as if I was the only person that he was working with at that time, which we all know is never the case - but I felt heard from the very beginning. I had actually zero idea of what I was getting myself into when this all started, but there was never a moment that I didn't have the opportunity to ask more questions, and have *** be patient enough to walk me through it, one item at a time.Long story short, the overall process itself took a bit longer (because of us) and we encountered bumps along the way, but not ONCE did *** give up on me. He understood from the very beginning that this refinance would change our life in so many ways. He even secured us in a lower interest rate than we initially expected. He is the most professional, kind, understanding and responsive Loan Advisor I have ever worked with, and now (lucky for him) I refuse to work with anyone else in the future. ***************************** was the other MVP of this entire process. She, just like *** - is an unbelievably thorough and kind professional. To say we were lucky to get her as our Loan Processor, is a complete understatement. Highly recommend Lower - and *** / ****** - 10/10!

  I can not say enough good things about *********************************! I could tell everyone how knowledgeable she is about the loan process in which she very much is but better than that she has compassion! There were times that the process wasnt easy and I would call her in tears and she would always take the time to walk me through everything that was taking place. I would leave the conversation knowing I was in very capable hands and at peace with the situation!

  We really appreciate how ***************************** attention to detail helped us understand all aspects of the loan process. At each step he would review what we had just gone over to ensure we understood. There were some questions and he patiently clarified them to our satisfaction. His professional approach and follow-up represents his company well. He would always ask Any questions?) at the close of our meetings.
