      *** is an amazing person. Not only did she take the stress out of the mortgage/home buying process, she was there for us on a human level. We had started with a different lender but didn't like being treated like just another loan. *** saw us an people, she got to know us, and she connected with us. She took the time to answer any questions we had and was always available. I've already referred one friend to her, that's how great our experience was.

      I wanted to apply for a HELOC while the market is hot in ********, **** and **** helped the process seem easy & painless. Him and Lower were able to give me the very best rate + money amount than any other lender! If I ever need a refi, etc. I will definitely be returning to use them.

      After a horrific experience with Fifth Third. I was ready to just tap out. That loan advisor had me begging for any sort communication in regards to my application. As a matter of a fact they hardly asked any questions at all. Add extra inspections after appraisal was signed off on. It made the beginning of our journey and absolute nightmare. WOULD NOT recommend Fifth Third at all. Also fun fact! Working for a bank that's backed federally they are not required to be licensed?? So to the Hero, we found Lower.com.. What Fifth Third botched in 2.5 months. Lower got things done in 2.5 weeks! We had the pleasure of working with ***************************. She was so thorough and upfront about everything. She is thoroughly licensed and without a doubt you can tell. Asking all the right questions, that I never would have thought as a first time home buyer, would be beneficial as it was. Shes very knowledgeable in every aspect of home buying. I was able to reach out her at any time of day and able to ask any silly question we had. This woman was so committed into making sure this turned out to be a pleasurable experience, she made sure to connect with us even while she was on vacation. She was heaven sent during this process providing excellent communication, awesome low interest rates, lender credits to help with closing, and overall top notch advocation for us as buyers to get us into the home we had been trying so hard to get into. Even reaching out to the seller to provide them confidence this was going to be a seamless process. I without hesitation would recommend Lower.com to any potential buyers/refinancers.
