Bought jeans from here last month online. They arrived and didn't fit right so I wanted to exchange to a difference size. Sent my item back and it shows as delivered a week ago now. Have contacted them twice and still no update on the new item being sent out. Keep being told to wait. Finally ask them to just cancel it and refund me. They said they can't send me any proof of a refund and I just get sent an email that my refund request has been cancelled. I call again and they claim they will refund but I have yet so see anything so I have no faith anymore. I've shopped here often with no issues online, but the customer service is so horrible. Seems like they all read from the same script as multiple **** used the exact same language. All I wanted was my order in a different size and now it's become an even bigger issue of them tying up my money with their length refund process (which again I have no tracking number or confirmation of, so who knows if it's even actually happening). Can't believe such a large company has such awful practices, customer service, and policy.Abercrombie & Fitch

Was gifted jeans from here on October 2023. A few weeks later I returned one of the jeans and received the amount on a "merchandise card." I had the card saved for when I found something I wanted to purchase. I was never notified that I had a "30 day" limit to check the amount on the card, and was only notified of this once I reached customer service online. I went to make a purchase today for the first time using this card and it says I only have $17 on it, and as we all know Abercrombie jeans are not no $17. I contact customer service and was notified that they conveniently cannot check any records older than 6 months. The representative suggested I visit the store again, but I do not live in the area anymore, so my money is basically being stolen. I don't have the product or the money, so these people are just keeping my money.Abercrombie & Fitch

*** paid Hollister and they kept the claim money and my money About a month ago, I made a order to Hollister in the amount of $670.23. Once the package arrived it arrived in a pretty awful state. There were holes everywhere and the tape was ripped, as a result, half of the order was missing.We contacted Hollister and Hollister advised that we make a claim with ***. We followed their directions and made a claim with ***, *** opened and investigation and found that it was valid and paid the claim, but they paid the claim to Hollister.When Hollister was paid by ***, we contacted Hollister and asked what the next step was.Hollister told us that they were not going to give us a refund and they were not going to resend the items that were missing. At this point, Hollister has both my money And the money from the *** claim.Hollister refuses to even respond at this point, and I'm not really sure what to do. I opened a case with my bank, but my bank said that they could only dispute the original charge, and that charge was permitted by me, and that I should take Hollister to small claims as they have committed fraud in this instance. They now refuse to return my emails or calls. They absolutely ruined my attempt at purchasing school clothes for my older children. I cant afford to replace them.Abercrombie & Fitch

I have been an extremely loyal shopper of Abercrombie & Fitch for years, almost exclusively shopping with them for most of my life. I am part of the Insider A&F program and love participating. Im a Gold VIP member. But I have NEVER experienced worse customer service than dealing with ********************** customer service.This week was the last time I will ever shop with Abercrombie and I am extremely disappointed and upset with how it has ended. I ordered clothes online, $280 worth, as a birthday present to myself. For me, that is a lot of money. I had been saving my rewards and my birthday code and made a big purchase of fall cardigans that I was so excited for. The package was claimed as delivered by ****** but it was NOT delivered. I was home all day, my neighbors were home all day, there were construction workers next door, not one person saw a delivery. I have never had any issues with stolen packages. The only issues I have had is when they are straight up not delivered. The photo for delivery is of nothing! Its a plain silver photo. No photo of the package (was it a box? A mailer?) no photo of where/if it was delivered. A&F says it has no responsibility and was very rude in their ************* is that fair to loyal customers? How are they retaining ANY customers? I am telling everyone I know what a horrible experience it is dealing with customer service for this **********************. If I was an influencer then this would have been fixed right away. They actually issued a replacement order and then later I was emailed it was cancelled, which was so much worse. How can there be no replacement order or refund? If I ever thought this could happen, I would never have ordered. Inexcusable.This has honestly ruined my birthday (in 3 days) because I am so stressed about this situation, the rude responses from their team, and losing almost $300. I am pursuing all avenues for a refund. I have seen a lot of similar stories online of losing loyal customers due to situations like this.Abercrombie & Fitch

When you reached out to our customer care team regarding this missing package they made a request for reshipment for you. Our Research and Resolution team reviews all these requests made and when previous requests of this nature have been made they are not always able to approve additional missing package claims. We are sorry for the inconveniences and heartbreak this situation has caused you, especially on our birthday! Our team has reviewed your situation once again and since we can confirm the ***** delivery photo is not sufficient enough to show your package has indeed been delivered, we have chosen to overturn the initial decision. A reshipment has been issued for your order ***********. If any items become unavailable during this process, a refund will be issued to your **** ending in 0979 for those items instead.We would also recommend for any future orders placed that you consider shipping the orders to an alternate address, such as a Pickup in Store order, or to one of our convenient Pickup Point locations. Since you have had multiple delivery issues to your location, this would be the best course of action to prevent from having this issue occur again. I just had the most unprofessional and rude experience with Juny **** via Abercrombies chat. Im appalled and honestly will not be using their products and services again. I had an incident where my bank declined my refund from a return. I talked to someone days ago bringing them awareness to this incident and contacted Abercrombie via chat to follow up. Juny **** accused me of providing FALSE INFORMATION and used condescending language as if to say Im a liar ! I could not believe that I was having this conversation with a customer service representative at one of my favorite BRANDS! I have spend 100s with Abercrombie and this is the first event incident Ive ever had. Juny was of no assistance and literally made the situation worse . Im shocked at how unprofessional and rude the conversation was ! And my problem still hasnt been solved !Abercrombie & Fitch

I have never had to call a company so many times in the span of a week. UNBELIEVABLE. Two of my packages had missing items. For one of the items I was told it would be reshipped. The reshipment was cancelled. I called to ask why and their response was that the so called specialist team would get back to me with details. I have not heard a word from them and the item still shows as delivered on the app. Not to mention that the items Im missing are part of a matching set which makes it even more frustrating that they didnt arrive. Also, I went online to see if Im the only one experiencing these type of delivery issues and Im relieved to know that I am not. I have sympathized with so many people going through the same situation and the suspicious behavior of the carrier that Abercrombie continues to use despite the complaints. Ive opened packages with my sister where the bags where each product comes in are opened, with holes in them and later closed with cheap tape. Ive washed every item Ive received out of concern for my health and safety, who knows where the items I pay for have been. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable practices for a company with such a high price point for their products. The VIP member status is so not worth it when these are the perks.Abercrombie & Fitch

1 starThis company is a *****. ??Ive been a loyal customer for over a year. Spending thousands with the company. I mainly purchase from their online store, and had no issues with getting packages delivered, until recently.I had a package go missing. They use a weird tracking courier service called OnTrac which I have never heard of before. For a large corporation like Abercrombies, wouldnt they use a reputable shipper like ***************** etc??? Anyway. I did my job which was to track the package and notify Abercrombie of a missing package in a timely manner. They are refusing to reimburse, or redeliver, and told me to take it up with OnTrac.OnTrac is also giving me the run around and telling me to take it up with Abercrombie. What AWFUL business practice. To a loyal client who has spent thousands and never complains?By the way, if anyone is wondering. I ship all my packages to my business address. The safest address I can think to send it to because I dont have neighbors. Just a front desk that I PERSONALLY manage. So the package can, and only would have to be, delivered INSIDE my business when doors are open, directly to ME! So sad that I will have to stop shopping here because the company has unfairly stolen my money. Ill be pulling out my stocks from this company too. I ordered from Abercrombie for an upcoming trip and the package was stolen from where it was delivered. I hurried and placed a new order so I would get the items before my trip. I reached out to Abercrombie about the first order and was hoping for a refund but store credit would be fine. The representative said they would send my information to a specialized team and I would hear from them in 2-3 business days. I never heard back and I reached back out multiple times and no one has answered. I am still out multiple hundreds of dollars and just wanted store credit so they would be getting their money back as well but instead they are ignoring my messages so that I will give up. Ridiculous. I have given them too much of my money for this treatment from them.Abercrombie & Fitch

I ordered a bathing suit bottom on Friday 7/19. Expecting to ship out during the next business day (monday) like the site says since it was purchased after a certain time. This shipment never got picked up. After inquiring on Tuesday (the day I should have received my bottoms per their email and the date of arrival for the overnight shipping I purchased) the person I had emailed said they were due to arrive Wednesday. They did not actually check the tracking on *** and they did not inform me they decided to ship my package as 2 day air instead (*** told me it was 2 day air), which is about 10 dollars less than what I actually paid for shipping.I requested a refund on my shipping before I was even aware of the 2 day shipping because the overnight on Tuesday was not originally fulfilled, and they did ***** it, but I had to inquire on Wednesdy AGAIN to let them know the package never made it to ***. They are now shipping it again, but they still picked 2 day air and not the overnight I originally picked. So now these bottoms will arrive the last day I am on vacation rather than the beginning of it.What I don't understand is how someone purchases overnight shipping but the packages goes out as 2 day air, you are not properly uses the person's money which is theft. I'm glad I noticed it or I would have never known.Abercrombie & Fitch

Be very careful when dealing with this business. They are still withholding our refund after almost a month since we returned the item. They engage in nefarious business practices. They will not issue a refund but instead send you an e gift card so that you will purchase more items from them. Even though their return policy is to give refunds within 30 days. They hold on to your money as long as possible. Im assuming its to collect interest on your money or for some other reasons.Abercrombie & Fitch
