      I placed three online orders which I had to return. According to ANF return policy, and after confirming with a rep, you can combine multiple orders into one package to save on the shipping fee. Following their instructions, I returned all three orders in one package, including the order confirmations and packing slips, to avoid any confusion. The package was delivered to their distribution center on June 27, 2024, well within the 30-day return window. Initially, I received assurance from a representative that the package was received and that the refund would take 3-4 weeks to process. However, by July 20th, only one of the orders was refunded, leaving the other two unreturned. When I called to resolve this, the rep initiated an investigation with their special services team. The following day, I received an email stating that my return would be processed once the packages were received, despite my previous confirmations that all orders were returned in one package.The next day, another rep canceled the refund for the one processed order and offered an "advanced refund" to my original payment method with Amex, but instead, I received a gift card, which I did not want. Subsequent communications with Abercrombie's resolutions team resulted in a refusal to refund me for the orders I returned. After numerous calls and emails, I was told that the gift card refund was not processed correctly and that my other two orders were still under review. I have since contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges as I returned all items according to their policy. This ordeal has left me stressed, anxious, and out nearly $500.This experience has completely changed my perception of Abercrombie & Fitch. Despite being a loyal customer with previous positive experiences, I am extremely disappointed with their customer service and return process. I feel like this company is committing fraud against its customers, and I urge others to be cautious when shopping here.

We have been able to review all 3 orders; ***********,*********** & *********** and are happy to confirm that the refunds have been processed back to your original payment method. Order ***********, one of our customer care agents emailed you on July 25th to inform you of the refund in amount of CA$231.38 that was processed to your **************** ending 1000. The e-gift card you received has had the funds removed as well. Orders *********** & *********** we have been able to review for you today, July 29th and are happy to inform you that both of the e-gift cards received for these refunds have been cancelled and the funds removed from each of them. Order *********** we were able to issue a refund in the amount of CA$79.06 to you AMEX ending in 1000. Order *********** has had a refund in the amount of CA$151.29 issued to the same card as well. Please allow 3-5 business days for these refunds to full process back to your card for you.

      My family drove three hours round-trip to the ****** corner, Abercrombie and kids. Once we got home, we realize they forgot to take off the security sensors we live nowhere near an Abercrombie and are now stuck with this item that my child can’t wear. When we checked out, there were four managers at the desk, not doing their job.
      We called the store to ask if they could help us and they said no. The only option was to bring it back and I was not about to drive another three hour round-trip to do so.
      This was for my daughter’s 10th birthday party.
      Abercrombie said they would contact us by email and we have not received anything

      A quick scroll down the rest of the reviews will tell the same story -- Abercrombie does not refund you for returns. I have made multiple returns in store, gotten receipt & email confirmation, and 6 months later I have not received a refund. This is absolutely absurd for a business to be openly scamming their customers like this.

      We have checked your returns in our payment processing system and have been able to locate the ARN numbers for the 2 return transactions related to the returns you made on orders 21057864187 and 21062289210. You can take these ARN numbers, which are the reference numbers for the processed refunds, and provide your bank/credit card company with them to locate each of your refunds.

      Order 21057864187 had a refund of $46.75 made in store on January 25th, 2024. The refund processed to your card ending in 1813 on January 26th, The ARN (reference number) for this refund is 74137464026001536462523.

      Order 21062289210 had a return made on March 12th and the refund in the amount of $198.05 processed to your same card on March 12th. The ARN for this refund transaction is 74137464073001616951355.

      I purchased some clothes for my daughter. NINE days later I tried to return them as they didn't fit and/or she didn't like them. At no time did the cashier say any items were final sale and neither did the receipt. I repurchased 2 of the exact same items in a different size for my other child and they DID NOT ring up as a final sale. They will not even give me a credit for the store. How can they NOT TELL the customer items are final sale verbally and on your receipt, then purchase the same items in a different size and they're not a final sale.The cashier told me I would have to contact customer service. I was directed to the escalation department and they REFUSED to give me a credit. I will NEVER shop there again!

      They frequently mail the wrong items when ordering online, or do not include items altogether. It has been impossible to get refunded from them when this happens, their customer service is abysmal. I’ve never had this happen with any other retailer but it has happened multiple times in the last year with Abercrombie and I don’t order often.

      Horrible!DO NOT PLACE ORDERS WITH ABERCROMBIE !!! I ordered online on 4/28/2024 .It said delivered but I didn’t receive thepackage . I called and chatted the customer service and reported the issue. They rejected my request for a refund/reship. They said they offer pick-up in store at various locations. I choose to shop online because it is inconvenient to buy in stores . It’s a horrible way to treat their loyal customers like me who spend money with their company for all these years. I will not be ordering anything from Abercrombie ever again

      It's really shameful how bad Abercrombie's Customer Service is. Online shoppers need to take their business elsewhere because there is zero accountability on Abercrombies end.
      I placed an order in Abercrombies app for two items on 3/31. Originally the order was scheduled to be delivered on 4/4 which came and went with the status frozen as "Preparing For Delivery". I'm the type to follow orders closely to make I receive the morning of 4/5 I began to wonder why there was was absolutely no movement on my order. I check the order status in the app on the night of 4/5 only to realize that my order had somehow been returned to a store sometime in the afternoon.
      I reached out to customer service who told me that the person who returned order to store received a merchandise credit which was then used to purchase children's clothes on 4/7. If you review my account you'll see I've never purchased any children's clothes from Abercrombie. I've tried explaining to CS that not only was the package was never delivered to me, it was never even listed as "Out For Delivery". Furthermore, a few days later the Order Status was updated as "Delivered" on 4/11 at 10:06 PM (???) which is very clearly AFTER the items were supposedly returned to store. Not only that, the location based delivery confirmation details list the delivery as taking place in Ridgewood, NY which isn't my neighborhood and has a completely different zip code.
      I even provided screenshots of the delivery confirmation calling out the inconsistencies to which they stopped responding.
      To think I made a replacement order for my items on 4/6 assuming that this would all be worked out and resolved by Customer Service only to be given the finger. It makes me sick that I've ever supported this company.

      Horrible Customer Service. Bought a dress in store. I asked about the return policy, they told me returns are acceptable within 30 days and they will give you store credit if the 30 days has passed (if returns are within 60 days). When I went to return the dress (still before 30 days), they told me it is not acceptable if the tags are not attached. I had no idea regarding the policies about tags. When I asked for exception, the store associate told me to call their customer service number and they would accept it through mail. I call and they said in-store purchases has to be returned in-store and it is in store discretion whether to accept the return or not. The representative I spoke to was horrible as well and did not even try to help me in slightest. So, please buyers be beware. Very disappointed with their customer service.

      Ordered jeans that did not fit. Sent them back the next day. Have been tracking them via FedEx, there's somehow a "Delay" in the delivery & it's not winter. I called FedEx they told me to call the company I called the company & they said to call FedEx. Bottom line no one knows what's going on bc this company is running a scam to keep people's money. I mean they already don't have any brick & morter locations bc the company can't afford them anymore/ there is not enough interest in they're shoty products so now they are resorting to taking people's money who order online. I'm out of $45 of my hard earned money bc of this scam company & will never touch it again with a ten foot pole.

      Horrible company stealing money from every day regular people. I purchased a dress for my wedding from here, it never showed up yet it said delivered (I checked right away once I got the delivery notification) yet Abercrombie rejected my request for a refund/reship. I filed the complaint several times and "******" from research and resolution continued to reject my request essentially saying its not their responsibility. I paid for items, it never got to me and its my responsibility? Horrendous customer service and I plan to tell everyone I know to no longer shop at a place that puts customers last. I have a big following and will blast it everywhere I possibly can. Disgustingly horrible display of support and care for the people that keep you in business.*
