After ***** **** tried jerking us around for three years with other roofers, Zach S******** project mgr for Feazel said this roof was damaged by storms and was relentless with them for months, until he prevailed and got them to replace it! He is the one who pulled it off for us and this was our second roof with them as our old house was done by them 18 years ago. The install crew took tedious care to protect windows, plants and the house from tear off and they were done in one long day! Highly recommend them for any size project!

Kearns Brothers has the best customer service I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We started our roof project due to a storm that came through and blew off some shingles from our roof. We had several roofers come to give us a quote. Kearns was the only one that talked ** through the process and helped ** step by step working with our insurance company. All the way from the Vice President of Sales, *********************, our sales rep *************************** to our project manager *************************. All were so amazing and kept me in the loop during the entire process. **** was crucial to me working with my insurance company, he gave me all the information I needed to make my claim. ****** kept us in the loop from the beginning to the end. *** was the project manager that called me several days before the installation and kept calling me from the day they arrived until the final inspection. I wouldn't work with any other roofer.Feazel

Feazel installed our roof in 2019, this summer a few spots needed some repairs, and we needed our sky light replaced. Mike from Feazel came out and was very friendly and pro active, they gave a great price on sky light replacement and fixed the roof issues no charge due to warranty. The receptionist was great to work with also.

Terrible.
0 communication unless we reached out.
Endless excuses for missed appointments.
Dragged on for a year.
Finally resolved after a 1 star google review but they even managed to botch that(not all work complete, found 27 nails in my yard).
Hence, the additional 1 star review.
Management needs to evaluate the direction they would like to go with this company and if they are truly dedicated to the roofing industry as they claim. Otherwise, more passive investments might be a better career move for the owners and customers they are stepping on to make a buck.
Scheduling department seems to sort jobs based on dollar value on a daily basis. Not confirmed, just a working theory to keep in mind if you feel you may be getting the short end of the stick from Feazel.
Don’t bother responding, the case is closed and I will seek roofing services elsewhere in the future. This is just a warning for consumers to be alert for phrases like “this isn’t how we operate” and all the other cute non sequitirs you like to use to cover your your trails.Feazel

Amazing! Sales process/presentation was great! No pressure sales. Service/installation was outstanding. The communication from Feazel through out the process was clear and timely. Installation was amazingly fast and they didn’t damage any of my flowerbeds. Thank you Feazel!Feazel
