We’ve used Feazel in the past and were very satisfied with the results. When it was time to update our roofing, we knew to contact them again. Chris S****, our sales representative, was very personable and answered all of our questions. He even took the time to help us choose colors that would go well with our house. Feazel had to reschedule a few times due to the weather and each time they contacted us in a timely manner and were very courteous. Our project manager, Rich Williams, was also very helpful and even came back to make sure there wasn’t anything missing with the clean-up, including any loose nails. We really appreciate the excellent service and attention to detail and highly recommend Feazel! They go above and beyond in providing high quality services and are friendly and helpful.

They did a great job but I wasn’t around to monitor their progress. They said I needed 7 sheets of osb but they only used 3 and left the other 4 with me and I am stuck trying to sell those. Other then that I didn’t have any issues. The price was much better than competitors.Feazel

Our roof in Dublin, Ohio was replaced by Feazel Roofing in early March after a weeks delay because of daily rain. Amanda called almost daily to share the latest crew scheduling plan. Our salesman, Travis H******, had been transferred temporarily to Nashville, TN but he stayed involved in our project and always answered on the first ring.
Eric Isakov, the Feazel Project Manager, arrived as scheduled with a crew of 9 and completed the main work the same day. Equally important as the pace of work was to minimize the disruption of the mature landscaping maintained by an OSU Master Gardener.
Not unexpected on a large project of this nature there were a few issues that needed to be corrected. Eric himself did the final walk around and cleanup. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work, professionalism of the staff, and the timely followup on our issues. The one open issue, a gutter replacement, was scheduled the day after the material arrived.
We would recommend Feazel Roofing without hesitation.Feazel
