Feazel did an outstanding job replacing my roof after Hail Damage. I work in the Building Materials Industry and am a critic of good performance. I was impressed by the professionalism and care taken to replace my roof and protect my property. All employees were engaged and hard working. The site manager was a good communicator and all were friendly. when job was done I could not find one nail on the property. Are you kidding? Great job Feazel, you lived up to your strong reputation.

I had a new roof done by Feazel roofing. It was a wonderful experience, sales people as well as workers were very knowledgeable, and experienced. They worked fast, efficient and cleaned the space up completely. Would recommend this company.Feazel

Eric I***** my project manager was totally awesome. He came when he said he would and attended to two small issues promptly. I highly recommend the entire company and have recommended them to 5 neighbors and two other friends who live in other towns

Working with Feazel on my roof repair/replacement has been a very smooth process. ***** ********* and ***** ***** have been a pleasure to work with. They made a huge project feel manageable. They are knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, and efficient. The crew that did the actual roof repair was also terrific. They did the job in one day, and everything was cleaned up and back to normal at the end. The new roof looks great. I would highly recommend working with Feazel should you need a new roof.Feazel

My experience with Feazel for obtaining a new roof was nothing short of excellent, specifically with the help of Erich Moore. He was with us every single step of the way, and when I say every step, I mean it. From being so quick and responsive, to taking the time to go through things we didn’t understand with our insurance, answering ANY questions I had, and working with our budget, to really pushing to make things happen for my husband and I’s roof. I truly felt like we were in the best of hands throughout this entire experience. Before meeting with Erich, we had gone through what seemed like a nightmare of trying to find someone reliable to fix our roof as soon as possible. From the minute Erich showed up, I knew he was our life safer based off of his positive attitude and swiftness of getting things in order/started that very same day. He is the reason we have a beautiful new roof; because of all the hard work he put in for us. I am extremely happy with our service and would give Erich Moore a 10/10 recommendation. Great company to do business with. Needed to replace roof due to damage and contacted many local companies. Feazel helped me thru the entire process and was very responsive to every request and worked tirelessly with the insurance company and my lack of knowledge to get the work done. The work was completed and their warranty and fast response is a factor why I chose them. Another local company did a patch but wanted to replace and not work with me or insurance. I am so glad I used Feazel. From start to finish they are professional, easy to work with and understand the challenges we normal home owner's face. ********** was so nice, informed me all to expect and when. Team showed up on time, went to work ASAP and finished in one day, I was amazed. Just to sum up my request. One company wanted me to sign up that day (no, not much warranty and rude). Another said just wait a year or two and if any leaks contact us. Again, NO. Thus I'd recommend Feazel over other ************* roofing companies. The entire experience was good and absolutely no regrets. Kudos also to team ****************** and the scheduling team and to professional work completed.Feazel

Definitelyrecommend the ****** company for roof replacement. The Sales Rep ********************** Project Manager ***************************** and receptionist ************************* are one of the best teams I've ever encountered. They were absolutely caring and professional.**** was a *** to talk with as she kept me informed through phone calls and emails. I never had to wonder what was happening which was such a relief. ***** came out worked with the insurance company and assured me that I'd have no worries throughout the process. The day of ******* being replaced ***************************** made sure I knew what was going on each step of the way. I was so happy when **** said it was time for the workers to replace the skylights and to make sure the tarp was in place for the debris.I can't say enough about the roofing crew. They were EXCELLENT! All the care they took in screening and tarping the house so no debris would be left. The clean-up after was excellent as well. You have a fantastic roofing crew. Thanks so much to Feazel for having such caring and hardworking employees!Feazel

These is a follow-up from my complaint on 9-22-22. I'm happy to say that *********************************, **************** Manager for ******************** contacted me by letter with apologies for the problem we had recovering damages done to our furniture. They have reimbursed us our deductible and we are very pleased. ****************Feazel
