After interviewing 3 different roofing companies and checking references, we chose Feazel. The crew showed up and started working before 8am on Thursday.. Around 5:30pm they started putting on shingles. They were still working on our roof in the dark around 7:30-8:00pm, using cell phone flashlights. Observations : 1. My neighbor's roof was recently done and was finished by 5pm, why did Feazel's crew take so long? The houses are similarly sized.2. Feazel's crew left empty beer cans in their haul-away trash trailer.3. They ran out of materials and had to come back on Friday.4. On Friday, we found nails in the street, 25'+ away from the house. Maybe a symptom of roofing in the dark while drinking?5. The crew didn't show up until 4pm Friday to finish the left over work from Thursday. I had to ask them to finish the cleanup in the backyard. The homeowner shouldn't have to babysit the clean up efforts of the company.6. After they left, I crawled up on my roof to check their work. They installed a damaged ridge vent, damaged shingles, left trash in my gutters, damaged the **channel and left their ladder in my backyard. These are all symptoms of drinking alcohol while roofing in the dark. 7. I had to point these quality control issues out to Feazel and have them come out for a 3rd time to fix the damaged parts they put on my roof and pick up their ladder. The homeowner shouldn't be responsible for quality control I have yet to encounter a supervisor or someone of authority at Feazel who cares that their crews were drinking alcohol on the job. Two employees, have told me ********* says they weren't drinking." I'm not naiive, you don't dump empty beer cans from home at your job site. You dump them at your job site so you don't get cited for open container while driving. This should be a WAKE UP CALL for Feazel to reevaluate how and who they do business with. Their subcontractors are going to get someone hurt or killed drinking on the job.Feazel

Being a local company, I chose to go with Kearns so I could support my local businesses to replace my roof. They were an easy company to work with, but seeing as my roofing needs weren't very complicated, that made it easy for everyone. Pricing-wise I may have saved some by shopping around more, but my budget was flexible enough to accommodate the cost. In the end, the work was done very well and the crew did a great job with cleanup.Feazel

2 starsDidn't enjoy my experience really at all. Multiple times the salesperson would give me false info and was pretty clear they were just trying to get a sale off of me. They need to train their sales staff better as the the person I dealt with had to be corrected numerous times. He was also color blind (which is no fault of his) but how can you have a salesperson to help pick out roofing and siding colors that literally can't distinguish ANY COLOR in their sales book? Makes absolutely no sense.Then I was jerked around for months and it took literally a year to get my job done. They kept saying that insurance was holding it up but they were pushing to have my whole house done which had no damage to it otherwise. I got second opinions from 3 other insurance folks who all said in **** what they were pushing for was completely unrealistic. I finally get ahold of my insurance and they tell me they had that initial answer months prior. Ultimately the siding sort of matches but I guess it is what it is, I don't want to wait another year per side to get it fixed. Would not recommend them in ********.Review fromBarbara L

Our insurance company paid over $ ****** for a new roof after a hailstorm in 2021. A year later we had a bad rainstorm, and we had a leak that caused damaged in our office. Feazel did send someone to fix the roof and the whole in in our office ceiling, but after a year of trying to get them to pay for the damage to our office furniture. We had to file a claim with our homeowners' insurance. We tried to get them to commit to a dollar amount for furniture replacement, which they acknowledge was their fault because the roof in that area was not done properly. It's a very poor warranty and our insurance paid us $ ***** for the damage, so why couldn't Feazel done the same? I would never recommend them!!!Feazel

****** from Feazel was soliciting our neighborhood after recent hail storms. He checked our roof and told us he was positive we would qualify for a full roof repair through our insurance. Our insurance only approved a partial repair. ****** assured us we could still get the full roof approved after sending some shingles to have an Itel report done. The itel found a good match for our shingles therefore insurance would still only approve a partial repair. Once it became clear that the full roof replacement wouldn't be approved, ****** completely disappeared and would not respond to me or my insurance company for the next few weeks. I finally called Feazel directly to complain. I was told either ****** or his supervisor would be in touch. I never heard from anyone. I tried again a week later stressing my extreme displeasure. As always the managers were "in a meeting" but would call me back immediately. I was either to hear from the supervisor or the company's sales manager. Once again absolutely nothing. Now I'm stuck with 2 missing shingles from my house for the past 6 weeks and they won't even simply put them back in place for me. This place is completely unprofessional and not trustworthy.Feazel
