      **** did a great job cleaning out my ducts and dryer vent. Was very friendly and explained everything to me. Would definitely use Dor Mar again.

      The young technician can use more experience but the team behind him recognized his mistakes and handled immediately. Just a bump in the road for the young man. Will continue to do business with Dor-Mar great service and humble people.

      Dor Mar sent someone the same day I called. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. **** fixed the furnace, but the problem was complex. He explained it clearly, including ideas he could implement if it recurred. He said to ask for him if I had to call again. The furnace is working fine.

      He was a very nice gentleman and he figured out what was wrong with it right away. And they're going to fix it when they get the part and I was very happy with the service. I'm so glad I called today. I did buy the package. So that's gonna be even better. Thanks so much.

      DorMar was wonderful. After my new air-conditioner was installed, it settled a few weeks later and started to make a noise. So they came out right away and took care of it. No charge. **** and ****** were awesome! Trevon was terrific too!! Very friendly and you can tell they really wanted to do a good job.

      Always polite, on time, dependable, and friendly. Good service. I have a yearly plan and they keep everything working, so I won't have as many issues, and thus saves money. No fees beyond for regular maintenance, and great deals on other services. Fair on prices when something does need replaced. Honest, if it's all good, they say so, and go on.

      Our first contact with DorMar was an emergency in January of 2021. Our old furnace had to be replaced and we switched fuel sources from electric to natural gas - not an easy process in winter in ****! The techs worked so hard with the other service people who were installing our gas line and meter who ALL stayed well past work time on a Friday to assure everything was properly and safely installed. The service contract we have with them is well worth the price knowing our furnace and air conditioner are maintained and functioning properly. We have also used their duct cleaning services. From office staff to field tech, employees are courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt. Highly recommend ***********************************!
