      DorMar has excellent people. Willie N******* inspected my air conditioner. He provided pictures of the equipment and explained how to keep things working properly. They always do an excellent job.

      they did a wonderful job on my new furnace/ac and coming to. clean ducts Friday. Furnace kept making a rattling noise but they came back till they got it all fixed up. I recommend Dor Mar

      We had a new AC unit installed by Dor Mar of Newark in 2022. Originally the wrong unit was ordered, then the correct unit was installed improperly and wouldn't work. They came out many times over the past two years with different technicians and failed attempts at correcting the problem. All technicians acknowledged the problem and that it was due to improper installation and we were told multiple times it would be fixed. Finally though, they refused to answer our phone calls. I called a few times late summer 2023, waiting at least a week between calls to see where we are in the process. We had water leaking through our ceiling which we told they would fix, along with fixing the AC unit. It's been two years of continued frustration and now our calls have not been returned so we finally consulted another company. We were told there were multiple problems with the way the unit was installed and at present they cannot in good faith even try to repair it. They wrote up a report for us and we will be filing a complaint. I have never had to do that before and am sad it came to this. I have no faith in Dor Mar and do not recommend them.

      My furnace drain froze and shut off the furnace during the coldest week of the year. Dave from Dor Mar came and was able to reroute the drain and exhaust pipe. He had to work in a very cramped space and was able to fix the water leak that we were also experiencing from the exhaust pipe. Thank you Dave, and Brandon too.

      Dave A came to do annual maintenance at my property. I was so impressed! He was knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns, but more than that he showed passion for his job and a respect for his coworkers. Dor Mar, thanks for always answering the call for heating & air needs; your staff is top-notch!
