      We were referred to Best Chimney by a realtor in order to make some tuck pointing repairs on a chimney. While they were out we also had them look at suck pointing two rock retaining walls as well as our brick front stairs.

      We had the work done on May 2nd and were called to pay the total of $4200, which we did.
      When I checked all the work, and saw that our stairs had not been properly done, I contacted Ron to have them completed.

      Ron's people came out again to fix the issues on 5/20 but failed to fix the steps.

      When I reached out Ron told me "It probably wasn’t done because this is the contract Justin was working off of. I can have him touch up that area." - and that he would come back out and fix the steps.

      On June 15th I contacted Ron again to ask of he had simply given up on me and he said "If you can forward the color schemes to me, I’ll do the job.". I forwarded him the colors for the mortar.

      A month later I let Ron know I would look for other contractors and start a claim.

      Ron L*** visited our home to give an estimate on a chimney repair. We had used his company in the past and trusted his work and his estimate for the job. We accepted his bid and on 4/22/2022 paid $1,450 to Charlene L*** for half the job. He said it would take time to get the equipment for the job. I started calling weekly in July for updates and could not get ahold of anyone. It is now late August and we can’t contact the company via phone, text, or email and fear we have been scammed.
