  This product and company has failed me. One year after installation it started bubbling up off the wood siding of my garage and back porch. It's been 6 years of bubbling, cracking. The owner laughed in my face when I asked for the labor warranty to be extended... not a nice guy. They have sent countless people out here to try to repair the bubbling spots (many who don't speak English and weren't sure what we needed repaired).

  Impressed with the product. The crew that did the work was very conscientious and respectful. The company answered the phone and answer any questions. Great job. Highly recommend.

  I cannot recommend Rhinoshield (of Cleveland) enough! We worked with *** on the sales side and he was extremely thorough and patient with my multitude of questions and concerns. ********* team did the prep and spraying/brushing and they were absolutely amazing. They did such a meticulous job that people were absolutely convinced we had our siding replaced. Our house was a bit of a worn out eye sore before and is now something I am proud of. Excellent job all around. If you are having any doubts, dont! Just do it. Worth every *****!

  Rhino shield, painted our home last year that is Cedar Shake. We were assured that they would replace the "rotten" wood and the home would be as good as new. We are now less than 2 years out from the painting and the paint is chipping off all over the home. We have asked the company to come and fix the issue but they are now saying all of the wood is rotten and it is our problem to fix. We have spent over $25,000 for this paint and wood repair that they placed a 25 year non-prorated warranty on. All we are asking for is Rhino shield to fix the issue or refund the money.

  The communication and service from our first interaction with RhinoShield was courteous and informative. The team that painted our house was respectful and worked through rainy weather. Our place looks amazing! Very pleased with the whole process.

  Great to work with and ensured the job was compete to our satisfaction. Our house had cedar siding that was neglected before we moved in. We also went from dark to a light color so multiple coats were needed in several areas. Communication was a bit rocky at points but understanding staffing and workload this time of year it was excusable and everyone was very helpful and patient through the process.

  Rhino Shield crew and Team were outstanding. Everyone was very helpful, courteous and followed up.The only issue I had was the color selection. The issue was resolved when I was told to go to ******************************* and get a couple of quarter size samplers of the different shades of my preferred colors. Since the colors are so different on the house than at the store. That awesome idea solved my dilemma and found the perfect color for my house exterior. The crew did an excellent job. They were very professional, knowledgeable and covered everything. Every detail was taken care the ceramic coating looks amazing. So grateful and happy with the work done. Now, I don't regret the investment. All my neighbors and even the mail man said that my house looks beautiful. Thank you for a work well done!!!
