      I bought a Equinox beginning of December last month, not even 4 weeks later and the motor blows up.. I have tried to contact anybody and everyone there for the past 2 days and have gotten no response. Have yet to hear whether or not it can be fixed and how long it will take. They say rental is covered under warranty but I have yet to get that and it's been 3 days. I have called multiple times and left voicemails for anyone I can get ahold of and no call back for the past 2 days. All anyone wants is an update on whatever you can update them on and I haven't even gotten that.

      Daughter bought a certified used car from them last month, had to be towed back to them because it completely lost power and quit on her. She has the extended warranty and was not even offered a car off the lot to drive while hers was being repaired. They say she can rent a car at her own expense and if the claim is approved she can get some money back. She has a full time job and goes to nursing school full time too. Her first payment is due but you want her to shell out more money because the vehicle they sold her broke down. This place is a joke! Dont buy from them.

      I purchased a 2020 Kia Soul from this dealership (Coughlin Kia of Lewis Center) last year. the engine light came on so we took it to the dealer on 12/13/23 - was told that the Transmission fluid pump went bad - covered under warranty, and was told it will be a one-to-two day repair. Received a rental car as part of the Warranty. After waiting 5 days - called and left vm requesting a Status - No Response. After waiting another two days - left another vm - again with no response. It is now on-day shy of two weeks and after 8 reach-out, the general manager (****** ******) finally calls me and says he's sorry, which is nice, but the Customer Service at this Dealership is Non-existent....Beware this business - No Customer Service - Terrible!!!

      I was told after sitting for an hour that I would need to come back in the morning because they had to order a part. I came back in the morning and told their system was down and couldn’t do any work. I could leave my truck but they wouldn’t give me a loaner. I went home and had to bring my truck back the next day again! They kept the truck half a day and charged over $900.+ for batteries cables. I explained exactly what was wrong with the truck and the next day I had the same issues. They said the truck will drive fine and I need to bring it back but it will need a module which is very expensive. So what did they fix or not fix for $900?

      We went in interested in purchasing a car. An employee named ***** “assisted us”. We started the credit check which he specifically said they did NOT submit. We told him we do not want to submit it. The reason we didn’t want this is because, the car had significant damage in which they denied. ***** said he did not know about the damage, but upon asking, told us the reason the price was reduced $2,000 was because of damage. They had the car listed way more than it was worth, because of the extent of the damage. Nowhere did it say the car was damaged and they tried to hide it. When we said we wanted to leave, chase went and got his boss, and tried to convince us to stay. The boss said we had to sign papers for the credit check that we did not consent to. They lied to us and tried to scam us for business. We went over to Honda Marysville and got the best car we could ask for, at an amazing price, with no scamming! I recommend going to Honda Marysville!

      Just bought a 30,000.00 used truck had a issue with a tire rub took it in to be looked at they cut my inner finders and spray painted it this is a ford repair this is what I expect from a back yard mechanic not a dealer

      Poor business practices
      On 10/24 I found a vehicle on the dealerships website and submitted a text message for interest in that vehicle. Instantly receiving the text messages and calls that come with most dealerships not a big deal.
      The email late last night requested an appointment time so they could arrange for me to see the vehicle.
      On the morning of 10/25 I received an email from the Internet sales team providing me the name, ***** *******, a salesman to speak to. Shortly after I received an email from ***** *******, confirming our appointment for 3:15 PM on 10/25.
      I arrived to the dealership which is about an hour away at 3 o’clock. When I arrived, a salesman greeted me at the door when I explained that I had a 315 appointment with ***** *******. I was informed that he is off today looking to see who could speak with me. He pulled up my name to find out also that the vehicle hair was no longer available, just out of curiosity, I asked when the vehicle was sold and was not told.
      I am not naïve, and I understand that cars come and go all day long at a car dealership. However, with an appointment being scheduled to see a specific vehicle it would take a 5 minute call to the buyer if that vehicle was sold.
