Very similar to what ***** *** review said, almost verbatim! It took me awhile to notice I had a problem and thank goodness I was lucky enough for it to be mild and localized to what appeared to be one area of the house. I immediately called a chain competitor, as I had not seen BBP in my search. While I was treated, I then found Sonny to remove the infested furniture. When Sonny came to haul away, he was concerned at the lack of effectiveness that he saw from my previous two treatments. He knew how traumatized I was by this problem, and he offered to walk the house with me to inspect the other service's work. After telling me some concerns he had about their work and that he didn't know if I was "ok", I immediately hired him to do his process and so I started the clock all over again. While I wish I would've found him at the beginning of this saga, I was so glad I stumbled upon him. The moment he came in for his first treatment, I immediately felt better and at ease that there was a light at the end of the tunnel. Knowing how awful this made me feel, he explained everything in detail and even served as a "psychologist" talking me down and making me feel somewhat better. He answered every call or text I had, answered my million questions I had when he came to treat each time. If you are ever as unlucky as I was and find yourself in such an awful situation, DO NOT hesitate to call BBP & Sonny. He offers a complete and comprehensive service from start to finish (and then some!). Thank you Sonny!

We can't say enough good things about this company and Sonny, the owner. We discovered we had a problem after noticing some blood staining on our pillowcases and sheets and finally realized what we were dealing with. We initially contacted a competitor of The Bed Bug Pros but did not feel comfortable with their solution. Sonny made time to meet with us the following day and immediately began the first of two treatments. He was just awesome - patiently explained everything to us and "talked us down" from our full-blown panic mode! While the process is very traumatic, we always felt better knowing that we had someone that we trusted and was able to use an organic method to rid of us of the problem without needing to throw away all of our pricey bedding! Sonny is extremely professional and knowledgable about the science behind the infestation & removal. He promptly answered every one of our many, many questions & texts and we could not have asked for a better company to resolve the problem.The Bed Bug Pros

The Bed Bug Pros are just that… Pros. ????The best in the business!!! The owner, Sonny explained his process on the phone and then comes out and explains the process again in great detail. My case needed 3 effective professional treatments spaced out over a few months. Sonny explains the chemical makeup of his treatments and follows the government guidelines for re-entry to my home. Sonny patiently listens to any and all questions that I had and I had a lot. ?? He responded quickly to all of my calls and texts. ??. The best part of this professional service is that he has a wonderful dog that comes out to sniff around to ensure that the problem is gone!!!! ??. Sonny was absolutely amazing! He was available at anytime to answer our questions and give us advice on our situation. The price was very reasonable especially after factoring the knowledge he has and that he taught us. Sonny/Bed Bug Pros deserves a “5” star rating….If I could give this a higher star rating, I would! Our situation which prompted us reaching out to Sonny couldn’t have come at a worse time for my family. My Dad was terminally ill and unfortunately, with different “disciplines” coming into our house, we discovered a beg bug situation (thankfully, very early on)…Sonny promptly came in for an assessment & indeed, noted the presence of bed bugs. Sonny explained his whole process of treating this type of problem & while it required a fair amount of preparation on our end before each treatment, it was worth it & gave us peace of mind that his process would be effective~~I am here to tell you, it has been effective!! This was our first & going forward, our LAST experience with bed bugs…it was quite traumatic for our family (dealing with a terminally ill family member also at that time just magnified the whole thing) but Sonny truly made an awful situation easier to get through. He was kind, non-judgemental, extremely professional, flexible when we needed to change dates for a treatment~~we would highly recommend Sonny & his process to anyone who finds themselves in need of a specialist in bed bug removal~~and DO NOT wait!! Called Bed Bug Pros after finding suspicious bugs in our house. Sonny responded quickly and identified the bugs. He came out to inspect the house and determined that the bugs were bat bugs, which are very similar to bed bugs. Sonny then told use the difference between the two and recommended how to proceed with the issue that we have. He also gave us helpful ways to make sure and protect our house against bed bugs in the future. Thank you so much for your help and expertise!The Bed Bug Pros

Sonny was extremely responsive and spent time on the phone and in my home explaining what he would be doing, how to look for bed bugs, and how to prevent them infecting my home. He did not find evidence of bed bugs. He came promptly for our appointment and I just can't say enough good things about this company. In the future if I suspect I have them or if my home needs treatment, I would not call any other company than this one.The Bed Bug Pros

Sonny was very responsive and explained all he would do in an inspection over the phone which was helpful. He arrived for the inspection and again highlighted what he was looking for and how to detect evidence of bed bugs. To say Sonny is wonderful would be an understatement. Took time to both treat the house and educate our family. Would hands down recommend this company. Hopefully we never have to use them again, but if the problem ever returns Bed Bug Pros will be the first person we call. I began to realize that I had some sort of bug infestation in my home when I found a bug of sorts crawling on me in bed. I immediately assumed I was infested with bed bugs. Luckily I searched the internet for a solution and found Sonny. I sent him a photo of the bug and he immediately responded and indicated I was infested with carpet Beatles. That was a relief for me. Thereafter I communicated with him several times. One remarkable thing about him is that he always responded to me promptly. That was a surprise in this day and age. That is because several other companies I called never responded at all. He provided important and sensible advice to me about the solution. My opinion is that if you have an infestation problem calling this company is the best thing you can do. You will get professional, responsible and practical service.
