Definitely call The Bed Bug Pros if you think you have Bed Bugs!!! I searched the internet for professional solutions immediately and found great reviews for The Bed Bug Pros. Sonny came out ASAP, inspected the area of suspected bed bugs, provided extensive knowledge, and assured me they were just carpet beetles (whew)! Easy clean up for me and no charge from Sonny! Don't waste your time with other pest control companies - call The Bed Bug Pros right away!

These guys are amazing!! Can’t say enough! Professional, punctual thorough and great attention to detail. We were stressed to the max, and they made us feel like everything was going to be ok. Life was returned back to normal. No issues! Would recommend to anyone!The Bed Bug Pros

I was told by a dermatologist that marks on my skin were bug bites that were potentially bedbugs and I would need a professional inspection to determine and treat. I called the two companies she recommended and neither one answered or returned my calls. I ended up calling The Bed Bug Pros and was assured by Sonny that I could safely leave for my trip the next day, explaining how to prep and pack with no fear of bringing any bugs with me that might be in the house. When I returned, Sonny came out for an inspection and said I did NOT have a bed bug infestation. He found carpet beetle larvae and gave me advice on getting rid of that problem myself. There was NO CHARGE for the inspection and advice. I was so impressed by Sonny’s extensive knowledge, his patience in answering questions, his fast response, and his thorough inspection. It’s not always easy to find a professional who possesses all the qualities we look for in a service. Sonny is that person. I hope I never have to ask for another inspection, but if you do, call this company. You won’t be sorry!The Bed Bug Pros

After spending nearly $3,000 with ******** we still had bed bugs and they would not honor the contract any longer. I found Bed Bug Pros and read their reviews on BBB. We decided to hire them. We are so pleased with the service and the flexibility that Sonny B was able to provide. Very professional, very prompt and very easy to work with in our very unusual situation. Several years ago, when we discovered a bed bug issue in our house, we called Bed Bug Pros. And it was the best thing we could have done! Sonny is very knowledgeable, kind, honest and professional. Very informative also. He educated us on what to watch for and how to prevent another infestation. The treatment was perfectly effective and we haven't had a problem since. Then while a family member had a recent hospital stay, a bug was found on the hospital bed. I feared the worst and wanted to treat our home as soon as possible so I called Bed Bug Pros again..on Friday and he came out Monday. Did an inspection and assured us we had no issue. He could have easily scheduled treatments but instead he gave us peace of mind at no charge. If we ever do have a problem again, I wouldn't think of calling anyone else. I would highly recommend Bed Bug Pros to anyone who wants great results and excellent customer service!!The Bed Bug Pros

Sonny was beyond phenomenal! When we discovered that we had bed bugs, we immediately knew we didn’t want to try to DIY our way through it, and we opted to find a professional. We wanted someone who was an expert, effective, and who would walk us through everything until we became bed bug free. Finding someone who guaranteed their work (or they would come back and make it right at no additional charge) was also very important to us. Sonny fulfilled everything we were looking for and more. He took over 30 minutes to answer my question and walk me through what a treatment plan would look like on our first call. On his initial visit, he showed me everything he was doing and gave my fiancé and I a detailed fact sheet on the sprays he’d be using. He was prompt to answer any questions we had throughout our treatment plan, his methods prioritized our health and the heath of our four-legged friend, and he always arrived promptly within the time-windows provided for our appointments. For anyone who’s discovered they have bed bugs, knows they can’t deal with them alone, and doesn’t know where to turn: calling Sonny is the best decision you can make. His pricing is competitive, he’s honest, informative, and he’s the reason we’re now bed-bug-free!The Bed Bug Pros

Call Sonny Now! He is professional, very knowledgeable, trustworthy and empathetic. He just gets it, it's his job! I literally wanted to set the house on fire after discovering those little suckers and that was us finding them in the early stage. We are so thankful to have made the right choice in calling Sonny and for him accepting to drive a little further than his norm. Whether these things made their way in from vacation or my husband's occupation, we are now equipped in preventing this in the future with the help of Sonny. I recently thought I had found evidence of the presence bed bugs in my home. After being given a pricey treatment estimate by a national pest control company without even doing an inspection and being dismissed by a local pest company as if my concerns were trivial, I knew I needed to find someone experienced with bed bugs. While searching the internet, I came across The Bed Bug Pros by Ridtek. Their website and blogs were enlightening. I called and left a message over the holiday weekend and Sonny called me back that evening! He said he would be in my area the following day and offered to come by. Sonny listened to all of my concerns and alleviated much of my distress with expert knowledge and professionalism. After the free inspection and not finding anything, he could tell I was still anxious and offered the services of his inspecting canine, Levy. Levy confirmed that there wasn’t any bug activity. It was worth every penny. Not only do I feel better about my current situation, I now have peace of mind knowing that if I ever have any concerns in the future, I know exactly who to call.
