The service provided was outstanding. The time and effort Sonny spent with my family was truly exceptional. In addition he is a trustworthy, kind and honest man. Dealing with these pests is a battle and we were grateful to have found The Bed Bugs Pro. Would highly recommend this business.

Wow! I cannot say enough good things about Sonny and the Bed Bug Pros. I woke up with numerous bites after moving and was concerned that I had bed bugs. Initially I had called another company. This other company rescheduled without notifying me and provided horrible customer service. In tears, I quickly looked up other companies online when I found The Bed Bug Pros. Sonny answered all of my questions and concern with true empathy, kindness, and compassion, which is exactly what you need in this kind of situation. Sonny came out and thoroughly inspected my house. Although he discovered I did not have bed bugs, by asking questions and providing suggestions he helped lead me to discover the true cause of my bites. I am very pleased with my experience working with this company and highly recommend them to anyone in need.The Bed Bug Pros

Sonny is the best! I gathered the courage to call Bed Bug Pros and Sonny answered right away. He asked me to send a photo of one of the bugs we found. Our worst fears were confirmed. He scheduled our first appointment a couple weeks out to allow us time to prep our house for the first treatment. He was very discreet and arrived in his personal vehicle. Sonny educated us on our bug situation so that we understood what we needed to do to help in getting rid of them. After a total of 3 treatments our house was cleared by his sniffer dog and we are absolutely relieved! Don't waste your time with chain exterminators that use hourly technicians that follow a standard protocol. Call Sonny at Bed Bug Pros! He understands bed bugs and his client's anxieties about them.The Bed Bug Pros

5 starsWe are so glad that we found Sonny and his company, 'The Bed Bug Pros'. Having bed bugs is very stressful, and Sonny reduced much of that stress and fear by his reassuring tone and patiently communicating the facts of bed bug treatment to us. He is willing to answer any questions about anything bed bug related, and he is very professional and friendly to deal with. He is helping us to get our lives back to normal! Sonny is the best of the best!
