Sonny has been very helpful throughout this stressful process. He helped me eliminate our problem and even treated two different houses for me during my moving process. For anyone dealing with this problem, Sonny is affordable and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Twice now i thought i had bed bugs and had to contact Sonny. Both times he was willing to come to my house and do an inspection. Both times he suspected bat bugs and was willing to take a bug to view it under a microscope to determine his suspicions were right. Both times he came to my house later in the evening - the same day I called - and contacted me as soon as he had an answer (9pm). I was able to get answers promptly. Which is exactly what someone wants if they think they might have an infestation. Both times his inspections were done free of charge. He was prompt and eager to help. He eased my mind both times I called him. He made me feel comfortable and cared about. Free inspection plus great customer service!!! Double win! If i ever need a pest control for bed bugs again - or suspicion of - this company will always be my number 1 choice!!!!The Bed Bug Pros

I contacted Sonny and the company because I was concerned about possible bed bug bites. He returned my call promptly and spent a good amount of time patiently answering questions ( I had many) and calming my anxiety with both information and his manner. He recommended some preliminary steps to take and sent me information quickly. When I called to ask for an inspection, he scheduled one in a timely manner. Upon arrival, he was efficient and professional, walked me through what he was doing and also explained what he was looking for and what the signs of bedbugs would be. Turns out I was one of the few fortunate people who turned out not to have bed bugs. He did not try to use the situation to sell me any services at all, but explained to me what he did see at the house. After this episode and the very professional way he handled my situation, I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone, and would also engage him without question should I every have the need. It was great to have encountered an honest and professional company who takes pride in knowledge and professionalism.The Bed Bug Pros

After we discovered we had bed bugs, we started talking with folks from different Cleveland area companies. The first guy we talked with seemed like he didn't even want to work with us. He quickly threw out a quote of $475 to heat treat the master bedroom area which he thought would suffice since we'd only been able to find them there. I didn't know much about treating bed bugs at that point but had read repeatedly not to just treat one area as that can just chase them to other areas of the house. We passed on this guy. The next guy seemed like a great guy who knew his stuff but he would not guarantee his work. We had to trust that he would do a good job and then if things didn't work out, oh well, time to start the cycle all over again and hope this next round would fix the issue. Pass. The third guy we talked with was Sonny at Bed Bug Pros. When my wife and I spoke with him, we knew for sure he was the one we wanted to work with. It was a true 'Goldilocks moment' and there was no reason to continue our search. Sonny flat out knows how to handle bed bugs and is the consummate professional. He had very reasonable pricing, a clear plan of attack, an exceptional bed side manner (he answered every question I sent his way promptly and courteously) and he guarantees his work. Imagine that. We sure hope we never have to deal with this issue again but, if we do, we'll be calling Sonny. Thanks for your help Sonny!The Bed Bug Pros
