      0 if I could. Disgrace to military veterans and USAA agreed they are scammers so I won my dispute against the broker for 800+ deposit as service never provided. S&M Relo LLC and Empire tried to deny me a deposit refund after Empire Moving Group LLC farmed us out to them. Party to a ********** ** moving scam being investigated by FEDS. Thankfully I used a debit card and USAA agreed these people are scammers so we won our dispute on my deposit as no service was provided. The idiot driver was 4 hours away from my location in ******* and informed me hed be that late when I was trying to leave the state and nearly made me miss my move out inspection. This aggravated my husbands combat PTSD and when I tried to explain that he is out for blood the stupid rep ***** on the phone tried to gaslight and intimidate, accused him of being homicidal, and that they werent sending the driver at all when in fact he was just upset. Thanks to this worthless company my belongings are still in a UHAUL storage rental Im paying for in ******* because we had to move ourselves. From what Ive seen of these reviews, these idiots try to gaslight and intimidate and if someone lives with you they think they cant intimidate or force you into their scam, they dont show up. Stay away from them and all the rest of the scam artists. We will ****** Sounds like we were fortunate they never showed up to steal our belongings like everyone else here.
