      I have 2 complaints actually,1. In person There is supposed to be if you dont like the product and there is more that half of it left we will replace the wall plug in which is a lie. I was at the store in ********** but this has happened at all store I tried to take this too. The double standard, lying, false advertising is just disgusting. I had a nearly full wall plug in refill which sent was physically making me sick and every person said pretty much Oh Well. 2. Online The online ordering service is so bad its almost impossible to use. People are unable to use coupons combined with any other online offers, unable to send items to multiple locations, unable to see actual list of available items to where a person can order items that are not there or see items that are unavailable but are actually there. It is impossible to change a subscription service to a different location which is very bad when trying to gift the item. 3. **************** (or lack there of)The poor people who actually have to work for this company in their costumer service department I feel truly sorry for. These poor workers are given a severely flawed system to where theyre almost unable to answer simple questions asked of them. This causes Us the costumer to get very confused and frustrated because we feel that they should know these simple questions that we have. I truly feel sorry for them. The simplest comparison I can give is ask a mechanic to fix a car with nothing but their bar hands. It is truly astounding that a world wide company is so poorly prepared for basic e commerce.

      Beware of their promos, emails, and coupons. I ordered around $400.00 worth of product from this company solely based on their sales and promos. I couldn't help but thinking that it should not have been so much since everything I bought was a buy 1 get 1 free, buy 3 get 3 free, and a flash sale on hand soaps that I clicked on to shop on their website. The price it flashed was just over $3. I'm almost positive it was $3.25 each. I finally figured out how to get to my past orders to search this. I did not get the promo sale prices of these items. Some were full price, some were a little off, but none were the $3.25 price I based my shopping on for these overpriced soaps. I tried to work with customer service through the chat and this person/robot denied this sale ever happening. I'm furious. The way they charge you for their items makes it very hard to keep up with your orders. There are a lot of little charges instead of 1 charge per order. When I ordered these soaps, I kept thinking that I had gotten the offer in an email. It wasn't an email. It was a flash sale on the website. The person I chatted with did let that slip, but still would not refund the overcharges. Admission posted below.       12.13.24- My candle exploded and when I tried to address it via live chat to obtain an official email to file the complaint I got entirely ignored by the customer service representative!

      Is Bath & Body Works in financial trouble for them to print coupons to lure you into the store, but then surprise! You can't use them on this visit! Really? I had my 2 coupons from the mail, and then my 90 year old mother (I'm not lying) asked me to get her a lot of products using her 2 coupons she received in the mail. She is unable to physically go to the store. This was never a problem in the past, and I had lots of products coming up to the register because of the coupons. I was told I could use only ONE coupon for all of it. I kindly explained about my mother and shopping for her also and wanted to do 2 transactions. They said she has to physically be present to use her one coupon allowed. Did they think I was lying? Apparently! If I have the legitimate coupons in hand, why in God's name am I not allowed to use them like in the past? I asked what do you do in this situation? One employee overheard the interaction and said you have to shop online. The employees treated me like I was a criminal trying to pull a fast one. I have been a customer for 30 years and I am very sad to say that was my last purchase with this company. I left there very shook up for many reasons and will never put myself in that extremely unpleasant atmosphere again. They do not value their customers anymore.

      Terrible customer service, I paid for an order and applied a gift card ~10 worth and the website did not take it. When trying to cancel my order I was either A) Disconnected multiple times or B) not answered using the chat feature. They really need to fix this issue. Terrible and disappointed.

      Terrible experience Got my order and the soaps were popped open and all in my box very poorly packaged. Realized they charged me full price for my soaps that were supposed to be $2.95, Chatted to try to get it resolved and she disconnected the chat. So, I call, and the guy tries to tell me the promo I added for a free item couldn't be used with the code for the soap. I used a free reward and not a promo so i could get the soaps. I requested a manager, and she was very rude and pretty much wanted to argue with me all I wanted was the difference and now i will be returning my order as inconvenient as it is because it isn't fair and won't be shopping at bath and body works anymore!!!!!

      **************** for ********************** is completely horrible. I spent 2.5 hours on the phone with them because they lost my online order. I spoke to 4 different ***** The first one kept telling me its the stores fault so I called the store on 3way and the the *** changed his tune he was gone re order but they wanted to charge my card twice for the same thing. I asked to speak to a manager and she tells me the stuff wasn't shopped because it comes from a warehouse. It was a buy online pick up in store with the items being in stock at said store. So I calls said store back asked them do they have to wait for items to come from warehouse and they informed me that they did not the items were already in the store they just had to get them. So why lie. The next *** claimed he was gone help and hung up. Now most of my items are out of stock and they say its nothing they can do. Now this last *** is acting like a chicken with his head off I'm over they ***** and will take my business else where. And if I could give 0 stars I would!!!!!!!

      A minusI ( black female) went to store ***** in *********** ******* around 11:30, I walked into the store and one of the employee called over one of his teammates cover him, while nodding his head at me ( particularly my shopping bag from ********** The female came over smiling and stood right behind me, I let her know that I saw what he did and did not appreciate being targeted out of an entire store filled with people. I felt racialized cause I did not see them do that to any other customer. They were all standing and laughing with each other. When the female store employee told her manager, I walked over to ket her know that I did not appreciate what happened, she looked me up and down and turned away. I don't it won't make a difference, but this particular store I will never buy from again.

      Had someone fraudulently use my name and account to get my points. When I called the store they did nothing. They told me I had to file a police report. I will never shop here again and I've been a loyal customer for 15 years. I had the associate number and the receipt and called within 5 minutes and they weren't even willing to talk to me about it. They were extremely rude and condescending.
