      I just placed an order which are all gifts, there is no sign on my order for the gift bags and ties that should be with the order for the 12 candles that I purchased. Can I have them shipped to me . I wrote on the chat link 2 times and was left hanging both time. why do they have a chat link if they don't chat with you and leave you hanging. I then proceeded to call customer service the first time a women answered and I couldn't understand the name, and she was reluctant to say it again. I explain to her that I bought 12 candles and was missing the clear cellophane and red tie that would be put in the order, due to the fact they are gifts. Very simple you would think. NO it was over two hours that I was aggravated and told we cant send you out anything or hung-up on. I was also told that I couldn't speak to a supervisor. I am shaking and in a bad state of body and mind, with my disability, due to the fact that after spending over 3 hours with just asking for 12 cellophane bags and 12 red ties to be sent out to me, so I could give them out as gifts for the holidays including *************** is terrible the way I was treated, over a simple task I was asking for. If there chat or customer service cannot handle a simple request from me. How can they even run their company, if the people in the front line treat their customers so wrongful, unjust. It all starts with a good customer service and review. Just a simple request, Can you please send me out ***** cellophane gift bags with your red ties?... But no not Bath & Body works....So Sad this company can make me feel so sick, when it started out with a Holiday Spirit in my heart. Yes how in the world do they get an A+ ******** *.

      I ordered several items from their app. They shipped half to the store and half to me (when I chose to ship to me for all of them) told me it wasn't their fault. Well, I'm pretty sure because I couldn't understand the person talking to me. I'll never order from there again. He was rude and this was a rip-off.

      Bath and Body Works charged me a $206 pre-authorization charge in addition to the $94 spent on my order. As of today I've recieved my order (except 1 item that shipped already) and my bank has cleared the $94 and they are still holding the $206 hold on my bank account- it's been 8 days. A $206 pre-authorization on a $94 order is RIDICULOUS.

      when they updated their app it wiped out my account and added the wrong email there for I can't login and get my bday coupon. It said my email is invalid ,then I go to the store and give them my phone # and showed 3 accounts one of them my right email account and 2 other wrong spelling of my email . The store can't fix it. The customer service department and sending it overseas CAN'T help you and I lose all of my rewards.I know my birthday can't be fixed They got it on 9/22 NOT July 30 . The customer service department said they didn't put it there. I think I know my birthday!I now can't use my email and try to set new I lose my ********* your retail store need know how help with coupon codes so you use them .When thing go wrong.

      How in the world does this business have an A+ rating? Once upon a time, I would believe it. But after totally revamping their customer service department and sending it overseas, the customer service is the worst in the business. I come here to write this after being hung up on for the upteenth time today after trying to resolve an issue with my order. Why is this happening with **? Why is this acceptable? The practice is disgusting and *** needs to do better. No matter if I go through chat or phone, I get hung up on and I see that it is happening to most everyone. BBB rating of A+? No way. Just know that if there is an issue with your order, you will get hung up on with no resolution. I placed my last order with this company. There are much better candle companies out there where I can actually burn more than just half my candle before it goes to pot. Sorry but not sorry.

      On 9/17, I visited the store to exchange some moisturizing body wash I had ordered online for pickup on 9/10. I wasnt greeted when I entered, but I selected the items I wanted to exchange and went to the register. I explained to ***** that I wanted to exchange the items I had purchased through the app. She asked for a receipt, and when I said I didnt have one but had the order number, she said she couldnt look it up, offering no further explanation.I asked why, but she only responded with, I just cant. I explained that I wasnt given a receipt at pickup, but she continued to insist that I needed to pay the difference between the sale price of the new items and what I originally paid, even though the new items were cheaper. Her refusal to assist or even attempt to solve the issue was frustrating.I asked to speak to a manager, but ***** claimed no one was available. I called customer care, who were apologetic and confused by the situation, and they offered me a $25 digital gift card as a goodwill gesture. When I told *****, she said, 'I spoke with my manager, who is here, and said I handled the situation correctly.' This response was baffling, as it felt like my concerns were being completely dismissed.I decided to return all my items. During the return, ***** was chatting with another associate instead of resolving the issue herself. Its unbelievable that a company would hire and pay people to treat their paying customers this way. Over the years, Ive noticed a decline in service, likely due to a lack of proper training and accountability for bad behavior. No employee should feel comfortable being this rude and dismissive to customers.This experience has made me question if I should continue supporting a business that doesnt seem to care about its customers or enforcing its policies. After 20 years of loyalty, its disheartening to see such poor service and a lack of customer care.

      Bath and bodyworks ************(streets of ********* location).9/14/24 I stopped by this location to pick up my online order. I wasn't feeling well and had just left urgent care which is in the same shopping center not to far from this bath and bodyworks location. I called and spoke to a person named ********** and asked if someone could bring my online order to the front of the store as I was near the front entrance. I explained that I had a bad cold and didn't want to walk to the back of the store and stand in line to get my online order. ********** said "we don't do curbside". I explained that I'm not asking for my order to be brought outside to the curbside but to the front inside the store. She said no. I asked how long can they hold my order. She said 5 days and suggested I have someone else pick it up. I explained that that doesn't make sense when I'm already at the store. I explained again that I'm not feeling well and only asking if my order could be brought to the front this one time. ********** began overtalking me. I began raising my voice because I was frustrated at how insensitive she was. ********** **** up on me. I proceeded to walk to the back of the store, stood in line for 10 minutes. I explained to the person helping me that whoever ********** is she is rude and unprofessional and I appreciated the person who was helping me as they was polite and helpful. ********** overhead the conversation and continued to say "Like I said on the phone we don't do curbside". I told ********** that she didn't have to hang up on me and that it rude and she was unprofessional. ********** continued to argue with me in front of other customers. I let her know that she is to remain professional and not argue with customers even when a customer is wrong. She kept yelling at me so I yelled at her and said "You are very unprofessional arguing with me in front of other customers". At this point I felt lightheaded so I thanked the other young lady who helped me and left

      Ordered a item using my points. They canceled order and didnt give me my points back. I called customer service abd they told me sorry we cant give u points back but will get u item free plus free shipping. By charging my card then refunding 7 days later. Single mom can't wait 7 days for money back. So i say no. Wow suddenly they can give me my points back but take away free shipping. I had originally ordered item in store pickup. Refused to give me supervisor so i just gave up and got off phone.
