    My car was serviced at this dealership near the beginning of the year directly before I moved out of state.

    On or around 5/4/2022, the car was shipped directly from the dealership to my place of employment and before it was even taken off the truck I noticed a part (the underbelly shield) was missing off the car.

    I notified the dealership of the issue immediatley and for the last the last 6 months I have been told countless times that "we have the part here and are shipping it to you today" and I have yet to receive it.

    Scott was my initial point of contact in the service dept. and when he became unable to help I asked for the service manager, **** ******.

    Several weeks ago I spoke with **** on the phone, he put me on hold when he got back on the line he said he had just personally walked to the parts dept., spoke with the parts manager, and they were shipping it out to me that day.

    Now when I call, I ask for **** ****** (service manager) or ***** ****** (General Manager of the dealership) and I am always told that they're in a meeting (which seems pretty coincidental) but one of them will call me back as soon as the meeting is over and neither of them ever calls me back.

    I am unable to properly wash/maintain my vehicle without this part on there as it it protects the engine compartment from debris/water/etc from flying up into it.

    They need to get my part delivered asap which means UPS/FedEx overnight delivery, not ground/3-day/etc.

    Bureau’s communication in helping us resolve any customer service issues. We
    regard customer service as the focal point of our business and are committed to
    maintain exemplary support and service for our customers.

    The splash shield was delivered twice to the customer
    according to the information we have in our customer database. After speaking
    with the customer, we were made aware that this address was incorrect. We have
    since been in contact with the customer and are in the process of arranging a
    pickup from the customer’s nearby FedEx store location. 

    At this time, we are working diligently to get this issue
    resolved. Should the customer have any additional questions or concerns, please
    contact us with the information listed below.
