      I have been having problems with my dealership processing the paperwork that would allow me to get a refund for the cancellation of my service contract. I traded in my vehicle and tried to cancel the old policy on 05/20/2022. Since I have not received anything I decided to call NWAN today, 10/27/2022, to ask why I have not received a refund yet. I worked with an intelligent and kind woman named Allison Papushak today to try to figure this out. She immediately noticed that the former representative I had spoken to had sent the form to the incorrect email address. She corrected the problem, and agreed to stay on the call with me until I received a new email from her that contained the form I needed to sign, and explained to me what forms I should email back to her. She told me if I emailed the forms back to her today with the proof of the trade she would make me a priority and process my paperwork today. I sent that paperwork back and within 5 minutes received an email to let me know that the paperwork was completed, the amount that my refund would be, and that she is sending the processed paperwork to my dealership so I could get my refund. She explained the dealership gives me the refund after receiving the processed paperwork from her. She also explained that I should contact my dealership in two weeks to find out if they have done their job this time and processed the paperwork to send me my refund. I am extremely happy with how Allison handled this problem especially since I started the call with her extremely frustrated. She made me feel like I was a priority, and I would recommend her to anyone who calls NWAN for customer service. I thank her for understanding my frustration, and her expert handling of my situation. My experience with Allison was exceptional.

      1st off we bought our vehicle in 2016 and everything has been great till now. I got canceled all because we used another jeep dealership to change the oil . We moved 2 or 3 counties away to Ocala .so remembering that i could only use the dealership we bought it from or to get a preapproval for it. It had to be pre authorizedand. After 3 brain surgery, and 6 week of Proton in Jacksonville . I'm sure I would not forget that !! I used another Jeep authorized dealer to change the oil on my vehicle which they receive the same training for. I remembered it had to be someone that was ASE certified and that's all I remembered. I didn't have my paperwork to verify who to call. I truly believed it was to be done by certified Jeep dealer. So after getting 2 oil changes done At the other dealership. I believed they messed up and that's why I brought it back to them and they dienosed that the motor mounts needed to be replaced. I told them I had a lifetime warranty but didn't know who to call. My Jeep only has 81000 miles on it so it should be covered I told them. I would have to call my old service adviser to find out the company to call . He said he could give me the Name and Number but also advised me to bring it in to them so they could handle it. I should be covered. So I set up a date to bring it in. I drove back down there to dade city And now I lost all Coverage .I so upset with my self for not going back to dade city or at least calling down there.

      Having been my first time with opening a GAP claim and being overwhelmed with starting the process since I wasn't familiar with what to do, they actually made the process easy and were so helpful with anything I needed, and what they needed from me. They went above and beyond and were quick to respond and reach out when I had questions or concerns.

      0 stars would be a better rating. I got up charged to get a warranty housed with this place when I got my vehicle. Well, now it's time to make a claim, just to find out they won't honor or pay on the claim because the part is not "OEM". I ordered the vehicle from the manufacturer, and it shows the option listed on the build sheet. CAN'T GET MORE OEM THAN THAT!!! Then I'm told I can't get a refund if I cancel the policy... this place is a joke. I didn't just flush $1,400 down the drain to their pockets and not get the service expected that I paid for.

      Talked to Sarah K about transferring warranty. She was incredibly helpful and emailed everything I needed very quickly. It was nice to talk to a real person - and one who was incredibly helpful and pleasant.

      Good luck record keeping with their requirements. They require maintenence that is outside what the vehicle needs - I had paid extra to have the "required" services to keep it going for over 4 years, now, with the truck not giving a change oil indicator, I realized I was past their requirement of 1 yr/10,000 miles. ******* I was more than 1 month past (their *************** too bad. I only had **** miles on it. It you fall outside their grace ****** on ANYTHING they will cancel the whole thing.

      I would not ever get another warranty from them ever. I had a couple of one off oil changes that I needed to find. And then was told I would have to have proof for the one where I was 400 miles outside the oil change period. Don’t have that. So I asked if there was anything that could be done. The lady just sat there then repeated the same thing over. Like she was a robot. Feel like someone robbed me.
