      Totally *************** - Vehicle has no service interval recommendation for transmission, yet Warranty Forever says no documented ENGINE oil change - no transmission warranty and contract is VOID -

      I bought my *** in 2016 and added the Warranty Forever. I have done all my service at *** on time. At just over ******* miles, my engine burned out. Warranty Forever is providing a brand new engine at no charge. So far, do good! I

      Do not use this company for a warranty. They look for reasons to void your warranty had claim denied even though I have all maintence records. This company is a fraud they dont even rate a star. It made me mark one

We understand it can be disappointing when coverage is not extended to meet your satisfaction. Benefits are as listed on the contract, and claims are reviewed in accordance with the contract. Per your contract, “You may have the required maintenance procedures performed by a Repair Facility that You choose. However, if You choose to have the maintenance performed by a Repair Facility other than the Selling Dealer, you must call the Administrator in advance of each, and every service not performed by the Selling Dealer. Failure to do so will result in denial of coverage under this Contract”. Warranty Forever is complimentary program offered by your selling dealership, with no cost to the policy holder.       We purchased a RV in 2020 that came with a Lifetime Warranty as long as you have the yearly service maintenence completed. We had our 1st service September 2021 and the dealership turned in the paperwork. Next service was May 2022. We did have it early due to 2 recalls. So we had the recalls and the service maintenance completed at the same time. During this time the dealership was purchased by a larger company who no longer turned in the paperwork nor did they tell us. While we were camping in December 2022 our refrigerator went out. (after 2 years) We took the RV to the dealership to be serviced. When they tried to file the claim we were denied because they did not have record of our yearly service for 2022. I provided a copy of the service from May 2022 and they said they would not cover the repair but could reinstate our warranty going forward ONE time. Our regular service was supposed to be September 2022. So this was 2 months past the time in their records. Even though we showed proof it was completed EARLY. So now we have to pay 3000.00 for this repair. There is their loop hole. The dealership does not offer the Lifetime warranty anymore. Looks like they want to weed out those of us who do have it. Not a happy customer!

      We did have our service performed at the dealership where we purchased our RV from. In the time we purchased the RV the dealership sent the service form in. Then they were bought out by a larger company who decided they would not do that for the customers anymore and we were not notified of this. Our service was even performed early in 2022. When we needed you when the refrigerator went out at only 2 years old...you would not back us up. So we had to pay out of pocket. **** ******** was purchased by a larger company who obviously does not care about their customers like they did as a “mom and pop” company. And you were not there to help!

      Luckily, my interaction was not filing a repair claim on my vehicle. I spoke with Melissa to inform her of some not so on the level tricks the car dealership from whom I purchased my new vehicle tried to pull. I received a free power train warranty when I purchased a vehicle last week. I was afraid that if I was not proactive to negate their actions my warranty would be terminated and void from the start!?!?! I called in semi-panic completely overwhelmed with the stuff the dealer had done. I was sooooo happy Melissa was on the other end of the line when I calling. Not only did she help me get everything straightened out with my warranty, Melissa took the time to listen to my concerns about my loan even though it had not a thing to do with her job. She was truly empathetic, and listened adding me the proper documentation was made and assured me that if I followed the steps my warranty would remain fully intact. I T was very refreshing to get someone who knew their job, the ins and outs of the policy, and actually cared about my situation. Even though I am still going battle to correct my lending issues, I felt oh so much better after hanging up with Melissa!

      Shady warranties as they generally find loophole language in the agreement to say why they will not cover something. Do not waste your money.

      its bad. really bad. i have seen a lot of comments on how if you get an oil change from another company they wont cover your warranty and now i myself am a victim of such shady practices. the funnies part to me is the oil changes have absolutely NOTHING to do with the transmission problem they will not fix. my wife got this warranty with a vehicle she purchased from ********* *** ** *********** ******* and i guess we get the old bait and switch from the dealer when my wife decided to buy it because of how good the "warranty" was. they offered no compassion or room for leeway over the phone and i was even laughed at by one of their "supervisors" BEWARE ANYONE BUYING THESE WARRANTIES THEY ARE IN MY BOOK A TOTAL SCAM!!!

      I am giving 1 star because zero stars was not an option. Forced me to pay for multiple things, then did not cover my issue. 2016 Honda Odyssey with less than 100k miles and needs new cylinder rings. Their reasoning below:
      Here is the exclusions from the agreement section: WHAT YOUR LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
      7. COSTS INCURRED DUE TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, VALVE GRIND(S) AND/OR PISTON OR PISTON RING REPLACEMENT(S) DESIGNED TO IMPROVE ENGINE COMPRESSION OR REDUCE OIL CONSUMPTION AND DIMINISHED PERFORMANCE DUE TO NORMAL WEAR, AS WELL AS REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF VALVES, PISTONS, OR RINGS FOR THE PURPOSE OF RAISING THE ENGINE’S COMPRESSION WHEN A BREAKDOWN HAS NOT OCCURRED.
      Literally robbing me. Very poor company using whatever they can to get out of coverage.
