  Everdry visited our property 3 times in 6 months. The first time I called for issues with the back up battery. They let me know service would cost $99 & then cost of battery. We agreed, it serviced properly and the tech was great. We continued to have new issues following that service. On the third call they told me I was no longer under warranty - something they never once mentioned prior to this. The customer service rep was very rude which led me to choose to go with a local company. Their tech let me know that Everdry had installed the sensors and pumps completely wrong causing our back up pump to create a flood in our backyard & burn out. We had to replace the back up pump. When calling to try to resolve the warranty issue and find out the terms and conditions, I spoke with Dan, he was extremely rude, raised his voice at me and called me a liar. I will no longer use or recommend Everdry and I would be embarrassed if my employees spoke to customers that way.

  We want to thank Matt K and his crew who worked on our basement. They were very approachable and easy to communicate with whenever I had questions. The crew worked so hard and we were amazed at how quick and efficiently they got the job done. Their clean up was also the best experience I've had with any contractor. I almost wish they did other work around the house cause I would hire them again! Great team. Thank you so much for all your hard work. We can't wait to enjoy our basement again.

  They showed up on agreed upon dates and got the job done. In addition to the waterproofing project, I had some structural problems on a couple of the basement walls so I wanted to hire someone who could do a carbon fiber layup system. These guys were one of the few who I felt were qualified. They aren't cheap. But they did a first class job.

  We would like future customers to know what is really involved including damage and mess, and not to let EverDry pressure you into more products and services than you need or that cannot be done. Our project cost $25.000. We contacted EverDry about 2 pinhole leaks in a back furnace room of an otherwise finished, carpeted family room basement. On 3/22/22 the salesman came out and started pointing out issues he said we had, or ones we may have in the future. He said he would give us a discount, if we put down $1730 and signed that day. We are a retired couple that knows very little about waterproofing so we took him at his word. Either he did not understand what was involved in a home like ours...or he did, know, and sold it to us anyway. On 7/21/22 the crew supervisor came to start the work, he said the salesman "sold us the whole package".
  We called EverDry 7/21/22, no call back. On 8/14/22 we sent them a letter, no response. We would like an itemized bill for actual services (because not all could be completed), and a copy of the warranty.

  The only complaint we have is that the main job took 17 days (instead of the quoted 3 days) from start to finish. Once they came with their full crew, those guys worked like a well oiled machine and were done in 2 days. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly and answered our questions. This crew is very good at what they do. There were some things that were never told to us prior to the job, which was a bit frustrating. But the Team Leader *****, was very accommodating. After the job was completed everything was addressed and will be taken care of by next month after the concrete is fully cured and the ground has time to settle. We are happy with the clean up, the awesome crew and the follow up production supervisor (****), as well as the installation of our sump pump and EZ Breathe system. It is definitely a quality job. Now we have peace of mind that our basement and crawl space will be dry and preserve our home’s foundation for many many years to come.

  I wish I could give a 0 star rating, upon scheduling our 3 part system we were excited to have a dry, clean basement with quality work(that’s what we were promised anyways) we got FAR FROM IT. On the first day, they needed either or my or my husband home, I decided to come for the couple hours they needed that day and came home after calling again to confirm my appointment that morning (any where from 11am-1pm) after getting home, my husband called their office to be informed they had no idea about an appointment (THAT I CONFIRMED WITH THEM THAT MORNING) so I had rearranged my day and drove 40 min home to have to turn around and drive back to work. No one could give a answer what was going on until finally they “did us a favor” and come later when my husband was home to do it. Very big Miscommunication. But we still moved forward, our basement is now “finished” and there is concrete ALL OVER my steps, washer, dryer, and hose. The tarp the put up looks like a toddler wrapped a present, the corners are atrocious and instead of cutting off area’s where our pipes and ducts are they just left the extra material and it’s falling off the wall. The pipe that they drilled out of our basement wall for the sump pump, you can see directly through into our basement, that isn’t very “waterproofed”. Not to mention one of their employees left their cell phone under my car port and there alarm was going off at 5:30am as I was leaving for work. You figure paying $17,000 dollars for “quality work” they would at least make it presentable. I would NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

  [BBB transcription] I an writing in regards to a problem that my 87 year old mother-in-law (**** ******* had with a company called EverDry Waterproofing of Toledo. In February, 2022 a salesman from EverDry called on my mother-in-law after she had contacted them about her wet basement. I was present for the salesman's presentation as he explained in detail on how their waterproofing process worked and what they would do to remedy the problem. After the presentation, my mother-in-law signed a contract with them to fix her wet basement problem. On May 31st a crew of guys from Everdry showed up and started working on the outside of her house basement. My mother-in-law contacted me after a few hours saying that the outside work was nothing like what the salesman had told us that they would be doing. I went to her house to view the work and agreed that the work was not satisfactory and it was a sloppy band-aid job at best and nothing like the salesman had promised. This was also when I first viewed the work crew. The salesman had told us that the crew was a professional group of guys who had extensive knowledge and experience in drainage work. The crew that came was the complete opposite of this. It looked like a bunch of guys that no one else would even consider employing and made the local county jail inmate work crew look like church altar boys. The guy who seemed to be in charge of the crew explained that the work was different from the salesman's version because he had the authority to change the plan if he saw fit and he didn't think that it was needed or necessary. I told him that this was a bunch of c*** and I argued at length with him. I finally showed him the contract and drawings that the salesman had made and told him that this is what we expected. I called EverDry to complain and was told that I had to call their Findlay office because that was where the work crew was from. I called the Finlay office and got someone who was even less knowledgeable than the
