We had EverDry waterproof our basement inside and out. We checked with two of our neighbors who also had EverDry do theirs. They both said it was a great investment for their home and it had to be done. So not sure of the young kid that initiated the contact but he was very polite and didn’t press us into a sale. We set up an appointment with the Sales Dept. Jerry the salesman arrived the following week. After speaking with Jerry and a mold test that he preformed we knew we had issues with our basement so we set everything up to get our basement weather proofed. Jerry was awesome !!! Chris and his crew performed the work. They worked their butts off and we couldn’t believe that they finished the job in 5 days. They didn’t mess around and when they arrived everyday as soon as they exited the trucks they went to work. They were very polite and professional Jerry said that if we were not satisfied with anything to contact him. Chris and his crew went above and beyond to complete the work in a timely manner and all should be given a pat on the back for a job well done !!! Also, two things that sold us was the lifetime warranty and it can be transferred if we sell our home. **** * installed our E-Z Breathe and **** * and ****** did the preparation for the waterproofing today Jan. 10. All three were very professional, personable, explained before hand what they were going to do and then went over everything when finished. We were very pleased with their work.

We had Everdry waterproof our Basement approximately 8 or 9 years ago and have never had a problem. They come out once a year to inspect and make sure everything is working properly. They are professional and very pleasant. A couple years ago ago we noticed a small hole in our backyard, they came out and extended the drain pipe, problem was solved. This year during inspection, they stated they would send someone to bury it underground which would make it easier to mow our lawn. We have had nothing but good experiences with Everdry.EverDry Waterproofing

1 starI hate doing reviews. But I feel like if I leave my experience then maybe someone reading this will avoid this company. Long story short I got the full package, inside/ outside waterproofing, the basement walls and easy breath system as well as gutters. The crew came said they can’t do outside drain even tho I was charged thousands of dollars, they came I was without heat, no hot water, broke my fence, and broke my siding on my house. The crew put the sump pump drain in my driveway which the city inspector said is against city code, it ruined my driveway. The water flowed into the road and into the intersection the city and state had to get involved. They sent **** to fix it he said he would bring crushed rocks for the driveway (he never did). Then said they have to put French drain in my back yard even though everyone said the yard can’t handle the water including the city. Everdry Crew came back and was peeing on the side of my fence in my neighbors yard. There was supposed to be 2 barrels they came dug up my whole yard and didn’t do what they said they would do. Now 3 weeks later my back yard is ruined and their drain is above the ground and water splashes almost foot above ground like a waterfall and there is water everywhere. I will attach plenty of pictures of my horrible experience. I just want my yard and driveway fixed and no water on my property. My basement wasn’t even flooded this company made it 10x worst. I hope this helps somebody looking into their waterproofing services. I have pictures and videos before they came, while they was working I have documented this process incase this becomes a civil issue.Review fromHarold H

We used Everdey early in the year to help get our foundation and crawl space fixed. We were thrilled with the work that they did. Someone from the team came out to check everything over and Nick was great in getting the quote and everything around along with the work he needed to do on the joists under the house.
I contacted Everdry last night to see if they could come take a look at the vapor barrier as we had someone at the house in the crawl recently letting us know there was some puddles right in front of the pump. Everyday sent someone the next morning to look everything over. When Miguel was here he was friendly and professional and let me know that everything looked good, but that he needed to replace the battery on the pump because the manufacturer said there was something wrong with batteries during certain dates. He got the battery changed and let us know again everything looked good.EverDry Waterproofing

Angelo and his crew from EverDry /Toledo were great. They came in and did the job they were here to do, explaining things along the way. They were very professional, very friendly, and cleaned up when finished. The outside looked like it was never dug up. We’re in an old farmhouse that’s always had a wet basement so we’re looking forward to a dry one. Thanks EverDry and Angelo’s Team!!????EverDry Waterproofing

Could not be happier, called for service at the start of a holiday weekend. Everyone from the operator, service manager to technician was very professional and eager to help. Miguel showed up to my house within an hour and saved the day before our thanksgiving party.

We contacted Toledo Everdry to look at our rental property to get an idea of what the cost would be to waterproof the basement. Then we invited him to look at our own basement and decided to go ahead and get our own basement waterproofed. Jose B did a good job of keeping his crew working such that the job was completed on time. He explain things well to us so we knew what to expect. At the end of the week they did a really nice job of cleanup. We live in an old farmhouse and I’m looking forward to having a dry basement for the first time in over 35 years that we have lived here.EverDry Waterproofing
