I contracted for a roof replacement in February of 2025 after going through some very high pressure tactics. The guys came to my home and none of them spoke English at all! It all started okay then they knocked a hole in my ceiling 4 foot long and 2 feet wide!!!!!! I finally got one of them to stop and showed them hole , he just smiled and went back to doing what he was doing! I trying to call the supervisor and couldn’t get an answer. Buy this time I was angry and told them to stop and get down off my house which they ignored. So I called the sheriff department to have them come and get them off my house! They ended up filing a complaint against me and I was put in jail for two days! This is 7-2- 25 and I have called them at Colombia South Carolina office a few times and finally got an answer two days ago after I put in a request for a roofing replacement. I got ahold of the same guy that was the boss of the crew and he was supposed to come out and look and take pictures. And of course he never showed up!!!!!!!! Then I looked at the roofing crew name and they were a contract crew and they filed the complaint against me. I had a huge leak in my guest restroom and still have this big hole in my ceiling! I would never tell anyone to use this company!!!!!!!!!

Needing a new roof. Sales team came over to display with us their products and prices. They placed us on a waiting list. Within two weeks we were scheduled! Our roof was completed in one day and they cleaned up all the old shingles in a dumpster. Very professional and friendly, hard working crew. Easy financing was a plus.Erie Home
